La Demeure Montaigne

We stayed at this hotel for few nights, and overall, we had a good experience, with one frustrating start. We arrived in Paris around 8 AM and took an Uber to the hotel. Unfortunately, several roads around the hotel were closed, so our driver had to drop us a short distance away, and we ended up walking about 15 minutes with all of our luggage. When we mentioned this at the front desk, the response was, “Oh, you should have called us and we would have sent someone to help,” but the way it was communicated felt a bit condescending. Since the road closures were apparently known in advance, I think it would have been much more helpful for the hotel to email arriving guests beforehand to let them know about the closures, explain the best drop-off point, and offer assistance with luggage. That being said, the rest of our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was really good, and the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic—it's in a beautiful area that's great for walking and very convenient for reaching many of Paris's main attractions. The rooms are quite small, so if you're booking here, I would definitely be mindful of how much luggage you're bringing. On the positive side, the spa and jacuzzi were lovely and a great place to relax after a long day of walking around Paris. Despite the initial experience, we enjoyed our stay overall, and I would stay here again.

La Demeure Montaigne exceeded expectations from start to finish. The location is ideal, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe with incredible restaurants and shopping right outside the door. The rooms are spotless and surprisingly spacious for a Paris hotel. Nothing felt cramped. The service was exceptional throughout, and the food was outstanding. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Paris who wants a great location paired with top tier service.

We had a wonderful stay at La Demeure Montaigne. The hotel was beautiful, elegant and exceptionally clean, and the location was absolutely perfect. Our room was very comfortable, the bed was excellent, and the housekeeping service was outstanding. What made our stay truly special was the staff. Everyone we met was professional, welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was extremely smooth and efficient, and every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The level of service throughout our stay was exceptional. We genuinely felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again. La Demeure Montaigne truly deserves the highest rating, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

We stayed at this fabulous hotel for five nights. It’s in a great location and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We even got upgraded to a room with a balcony. The beds, sheets and pillows are comfortable. The service was great too. Everyone was so helpful. The body wash smells fantastic and you can buy the body wash at the spa downstairs. The only complaints is the fridge does not keep anything cold. It is not a real fridge and the bathroom layout I was not a fan of. The shower floor was slippery and the sink was to big so there was not a lot of room for personal items in the bathroom. But other than that, I thought the hotel was fabulous and I would definitely Stay here again.
