One alma is an amazing hotel. Everyone was very helpful and nice. They gave us awesome recommendations for places for dinner The rooms was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. When we go back to Paris will definitely stay there again.
We had the most wonderful stay at the One Alma. We very much appreciated being so close to the Eiffel tour and so many attractions, close enough to walk easily, but far away enough that the peace and quiet sets in when you need to unwind. The service was amazing, the room was perfectly clean and very well equipped. Will definitely be returning!
My mom and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris! The location was fantastic and made it so easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was also excellent and definitely added to the overall experience. Overall, a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere, wonderful staff, and a perfect location. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Paris!
We paid for a junior suite and were extremely disappointed with what we were initially given. The room was below garden level, tucked under the stairs, with very little natural light and a depressing view into a messy garden area, complete with a random goat statue. It bore no resemblance to what I would expect from a junior suite in a 5 star hotel. After we politely complained, we were moved to a junior suite on the 5th floor. This was an improvement, but still nowhere near the standard I would expect for a junior suite in a 5 star hotel and the price we paid. More generally, we found the hotel surprisingly dark, with very little natural daylight and dim lamp lighting in the bedroom. The “waterfall” bathroom taps were also very annoying, spraying water on your midriff and the floor every time you turned them on. The welcome was underwhelming. A family arriving at the same time was greeted with champagne, while we weren’t offered anything. This was peculiar and made the difference in service particularly noticeable. Overall, the experience simply didn’t feel 5 star at all. The rooms, atmosphere and level of service did not justify the price, and I would consider this closer to a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay again.
A beautifully designed hotel, where excellent service is of main priority. Breakfast is served at the top floor, where you can enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower drinking your morning coffee and eating crepes. Ladies at the restaurant are absolutely amazing, always smiling, helpful, and polite. If you’re tired you can enjoy the calm atmosphere of the spa centre. What I believe is the biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. You’re within minutes from the main tourist attractions as well as restaurants and bars. The only aspects for improvement I would suggest are more space for guests’ belongings and better lighting in the rooms.
