We were tourists just passing by. This hotel has beautiful decor, super friendly and approachable staff (even if I couldn't speak French), and amazing drinks service. Will definitely come back to stay at JK Place or have dinner at Casa Tua for the future. Thank you.
Disappointing lunch today. Ordered a veal Milanese which, per the menu, was supposed to be topped with tomatos and rocket. It Arrived without rocket and was dressed with watercress and a veal sauce. Why attempt to serve an iconic dish if you’re going to transform it into something unrecognizable?
Recently I spent 5 nights at the J.K. Place Paris for my mother's birthday. The hotel was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We had two rooms and they were beautifully appointed and there were small touches including balloons for my mother's birthday and complimentary snacks and minibar. The building itself was incredible and carried the gravitas of it's previous life as an embassy. The location is amazing just a block off the Seine and right next to the Musee d'Orsay. It was an excellent oasis to come back and relax in the common spaces with attentive and personal staff attention but still be in the heart of Paris with a 5 minute walk. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, the restaurant, the spa. It was all top notch!
My daughter and I had a perfect stay at JK Paris. Every member of the concierge team went above and beyond. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel at home. My daughter was searching for a special vintage item and the wonderful Maitresse de Maison did research and helped procure exactly what she was looking for…. The Rive Gauche location is perfect. The rooms are immaculate and perfectly outfitted. The bar is fabulous and breakfast is wonderful. We are looking forward to returning back to the JK Paris at our next visit!
What a terrible experience here! Avoid! I wanted to find a good hotel for my clients as I am a tour guide in Paris, so I visited here as it was in the area they wanted and I saw some good reviews. BUT I came in, no one welcomed me, I found myself to the reception, waited for a bit, There was a very tense environment with the manager and the employee there. No one looked happy. And i saw the degrading manner the manager behaved with the lady working there. Then it came time to finally deal with me, and the way of talking was just like he was above others. It just made me so uncomfortable, the tension there was not what the good reviews reflect. I will take my money and my clients elsewhere, no thank you. My advice to the owners: Fix your management or lose your clients and your reputation.
