Hotel Wallace - Orso Hotel

Our room, on the top floor, had an exciting surprise with a view of the Eiffel Tower and a large outdoor balcony. The breakfast buffet was well provisioned and everything was delicious. Our server, Luciana, was attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The pastries were lovely! I would recommend the Hotel Wallace.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Wallace Paris. The location is fantastic, and what really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The concierge and front desk team were exceptional, with such thoughtful attention to detail and always ready to help with anything we needed. The service felt very personal and caring throughout our stay. The hotel itself is stunning. The design is beautiful, stylish, and full of character, and the bar and skylight area are especially gorgeous. Every detail feels carefully considered. We had such a lovely experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Hotel Wallace for anyone visiting Paris.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was a great home base for exploring the city. This is a lovely hotel in a nice quiet neighborhood. For travelers from the USA be aware the rooms are small, as is normal for Europe. I stayed twice while in Paris during my 2 week trip to France, 3 nights at the beginning of my trip and 3 nights at the end. The two rooms I stayed in were comfortable and well appointed. The first 3 days were during the peak of the heat wave in Paris, the AC worked wonderfully. The last 3 days the weather was perfect and I was able to open the window for fresh are. The location is convient to many metro stations and restaurants. It was easy to navigate and safe and often walked to main paris points of interest. The roof deck was lovely to sit in and relax, and even watch the top of the eiffle tower as it sparkled at night. Breakfast was great with lots of options and delicious pastries. Also, available for many hours. Which is great if you are an early riser or a late sleeper. The staff were kind and helpful, and spoke many languages. My only complaint is I could never figure out when and which bar was open. Most days I was out in the morning, back to rest midday and back out again in the afternoon. To return at night to shower and sleep. I would most definitely stay here again.
