Absolutely will never stay here again. This is not a “4” star hotel. It’s a 1 star. We arrived late and were given a room and when entering the room I noticed someone’s stuff was in there. Turns out they gave us an occupied room!!!! Thank god the person was not in there sleeping. Instead he was right behind us asking why we were going into his room…… to top it off they gave us the handicap room. Clearly they did not account for us coming. Also, no air conditioning. So they gave us a fan. This place is gross. Big fat NO

Clean and modern rooms. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Location is perhaps not the greatest, but I guess it was good for us to walk off some of that delicious breakfast food.

Hotel was good, location is great and rooms are clean, only downside is that they are VERY small, you have little to no space to unpack. However service is not good at all, the hotels website states that they have hair straighteners on request but when we requested one the front desk guy told us they had none. Additionally when we requested a converter the guy told us they had ran out and to check back another day

Rooms are super comfortable and well equipped, the hotel is cozy, great location, breakfast is amazing and we cannot be more grateful to the entire staff for being so friendly and helpful. Salua (sorry if I got your name wrong 😣) went above and beyond to help us during check-in and was always available when we had questions. We had an amazing week in Sleeping Belle! I wish I could have stayed longer 💜
