Wonderful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Your room has a locker and has air-conditioning. Overall we loved the place. We landed during a heatwave in Paris. So we couldn't see the Eiffel tower and the hotel lobby service team helped us communicate with the tower folks as we didn't know french. Overall we had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The rooms are a tad bit small but that might be normal in Paris and for the pric. It is very close to the Gare de Lyon station from where trains to various other countries depart and arrive.
We can't recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our stay feel effortless. The hospitality was outstanding — every member of staff was warm, attentive, and clearly took real pride in looking after their guests. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were wonderfully accommodating in working around our family's schedule and needs.
What truly set this place apart was how baby-friendly it was. Travelling with a little one can be stressful, but the hotel made it seamless. They had genuinely lovely baby amenities on hand — proper luxury touches rather than an afterthought — and it was clear they'd thought carefully about what families actually need. It made all the difference and let us relax and enjoy our trip.

Comfy beds, fluffy towels, great shower and modern well air conditioned rooms. Staff were lovely and welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Located close to Gare de Lyon station and the shops and restaurants of the Bastille on a quiet safe street. Would stay again!
We stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon after a long day of travelling. We chose this hotel because of its convenient location near Gare de Lyon, where we were catching a high-speed train the following day. I had informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating our honeymoon, and on arrival we were delighted to learn that they had upgraded us to a suite.
The room was a great size by Paris standards, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with soft, high-quality bedding, and the bathroom was both stylish and immaculate.
The staff were also very helpful, providing some excellent dinner recommendations for our evening in the city. The hotel is located just around the corner from Rue Crémieux, a beautiful street famous for its colourful houses and charming atmosphere.
Although we were only at the hotel from around 7:00 pm until 10:30 am the next morning, we had a wonderful stay. I would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Paris.
A cozy hotel with warm service in a perfect location! This was the second time I chose this hotel, and once again I was very satisfied with our stay. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is its incredible proximity to Gare de Lyon. No matter where you want to go, you can simply walk about five minutes to the station and easily take the metro or the train.
The neighborhood around the hotel is also very nice and pleasant. As for the rooms, they are beautiful and the beds are extremely comfortable. The air conditioning heats the room very quickly, which was very important for me during the winter. We never felt cold. The hotel itself is also quiet and very clean, and the breakfast is quite delicious.
However, I would especially like to express my biggest thanks to Marie at the reception and Violetta in the breakfast room. They are incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Being welcomed with a smile every morning was wonderful, and our conversations were always very enjoyable. We had such lovely interactions.
During my stay, when they found out it was my birthday, I returned to my room after breakfast and found a small surprise waiting on the table — little chocolates and a special note. They truly made my birthday unforgettable.
Thank you so, so much for everything, Marie and Violetta. And thanks to the hotel as well for having such wonderful staff. The next time I come to Paris, this will definitely be the place I choose to stay again.
