This hotel should be presented like a two star hotel. Only good thing about hotel is location. First of all when you ask for a bottle of water, they easily say you ‘we don’t have’ but second of all and more important was my experience with the housekeeping. Even if my room had a sign ‘do not disturb’ housekeeping came into the room to ‘clean’. After ‘cleaning’ some of my things were ruined because the guy spilled redbull on the table and left it like that. So when I entered to the room, my credit cards, id card, case for the passport and small bag for jewelry was soaked in redbull. Sponge for cleaning was left in the sink, some of my things from night table was at the floor.. and at the end one of my perfume disappeared. Their solution was to give me a refund of 80 euros and continue with the conviction that no one took the perfume. And yes, I got the new room after this. So yes, I think the smartest choice is to avoid this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a great location, with several Metro stations nearby, which made getting around Paris very easy. If you enjoy walking, Galeries Lafayette and even the Louvre are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area. The service was also great throughout my stay. The concierge and reception staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made travelling solo feel very comfortable. The room had everything I needed and I had a really pleasant stay overall. My only small suggestion would be to add mini fridges to the rooms, as this would have been useful, especially during the warmer weather. I’m already planning to return to Paris, and I would happily stay here again. It was a great base for exploring the city and I genuinely felt at home during my stay. 🇫🇷✨
This is, without a doubt, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. In terms of location, it is highly inconvenient; the area immediately below the hotel is noisy and teeming with homeless people. As for cleanliness, it is completely non-existent; the water is unclean—leaving a sticky residue on both skin and hair—and the rooms emit extremely foul odors. Furthermore, the air conditioning system was not working; despite our repeated complaints to the staff, they adamantly insisted that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. They finally admitted that our room's AC was, in fact, broken—a problem caused by a previous guest—only two days before our scheduled departure. Regrettably, I would never consider staying here again; this experience was truly one of the worst I have ever endured in my life.
A very comfortable hotel, good location for metro lines. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fresh water available daily. Comfortable bed. Slightly noisy from the bar across the road.
This hotel is perfectly fine. I don't agree with some of the negative reviews that have been posted. 1. Rooms are recently refurbished, clean and OK size wise. Mine had windows on the courtyard and was quiet. 2. Bathrooms, showers, WIFI and AC worked very well. 3. Mattress was comfortable. 4. Breakfast is absolutely fine, fresh and plentiful. 5. On the evidence of my room and the common areas, photos of the rooms and interior have not been altered on the website. 6. There was no construction noise, no bathroom issues and certainly no bugs. This hotel is better than other hotels I have stayed at in Paris for the same money and better than (say) the Sheraton in Times Square- to give some international perspective. It is not a Relaix Chateau or an Intercontinental or the Ritz but you are not paying that money either. In sum, it is good for holidays or business travel. Do not let the negative reviews spook you.
