Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of SoPi. The location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants and shops, close to transportation. Our room was small but comfortable. The front desk is staffed 24 hours and were able to accommodate our request to arrange a taxi reservation.
We booked a room with two double beds. We were given a room with one double bed. Staff did not care, except to offer us a second vacant room for the night AT FULL PRICE despite the booking error on their side. Location is great, building is pretty, but the overall impression is very poor and waking with all the bed bug bites is an extra I could have done without. _____________ Addendum following inaccurate response from hotel management. The staff didn't care that we'd made a booking for a room with 2 x double beds, why would I think they'd care about bug bed bites? We showed you the copy of the booking and I'VE ATTACHED AN IMAGE OF THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION FOR TWO BEDS - to help jog your memory. It's great if you no longer advertise and take bookings for rooms with 2 beds AS IT APPEARS YOU'VE NEVER HAD THESE ROOMS. A cynical person might think it was a great source of extra bookings when people arrived to the hotel expecting and needing the two beds they had booked......... simple way to fill empty rooms and generate more income........glad our stay in your hotel was only one night.
I really enjoyed my stay at Les Matins de Paris! 🇫🇷💕 The hotel has a beautiful, cozy atmosphere and is perfectly located near Montmartre, surrounded by charming cafés, restaurants, and picturesque Parisian streets. Its convenient location made exploring the city so much easier. I had a lovely experience and would definitely love to return and stay in one of their beautiful rooms with a balcony. If you're planning a trip to Paris, I highly recommend checking out this charming hotel!
This hotel is conveniently located if your destination is Montmartre. The Customer Service is Not Friendly at all or professional the staff doesn’t give a cent about your concerns or comfort. They ignored the request months in advance to have 2 rooms in the same floor. If The A/C is not working properly they DON’T care. The spa time limit was not respected they turned off the pool 15 minutes early, they Didn’t CARE The room wasn’t very clean there was mold on the walls but no one CARED! The morning buffet breakfast was lacking sanitation they didn’t care! Even when asked the front desk about their tea were giving the wrong information about everything! Our last night the fire alarm went off in the hotel, was a false alarm someone was smoking! Making for an unpleasant experience since we had an early flight in the morning and the front desk offer no apologies or compensation, THEY Just DON’T CARE!! The front desk as we were leaving didn’t even acknowledge us or thanked us!! Completely rude and unprofessional front desk.
A very comfortable and practical stay in Paris. We spent three nights here, and because the hotel is tucked away on a side street, all three nights were perfectly quiet. Despite the peaceful setting, it remains highly convenient—just under a five-minute walk from the Saint-Georges metro station, with shops, a bakery, and several restaurants right around the corner. The staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. A notable highlight was the complimentary one-hour private session in the hotel's pool and sauna area, which provided a clean and well-maintained space to relax. The room itself was well-equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and having a proper Daikin air-conditioning unit made a significant difference in regulating the room temperature effectively. Finding reliable pet-friendly accommodation is always a priority, and this property handled it seamlessly. Our dog, Chuchu, was able to settle in comfortably without any issues. Overall, a dependable and well-managed hotel that I would gladly recommend.
