Hotel Le Relais Saint Charles

Tbh I wish if I can give 0 stars to this pile of rubbish that is called a hotel, first of all the rooms are small, and second the a/c isnt working, and when I called the receptionist, he told me that other patreons complain about the cold so he turned down the whole unit in the building and he will not do anything about it. Oh and also they will not give you an iron to iron ur clothes, because there is only one iron and ironing board located at the buffet floor for whole people to use in the hotel. What a waste of money and a rubbish hotel to live in.

The highlight of this particular hotel is a person, Elmira the receptionist. She is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One of the best people you will meet in the industry. The hotel itself is in a great location, small but charming rooms, while a little outdated still perfectly suitable. I highly recommend this hotel for the price.

The hotel is wonderful, and all the staff are very nice and friendly. Even if you don't speak French or English like me, they'll always help and understand you. The room is clean, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The metro is right across the street, but you can still walk to the main attractions and see the beautiful streets of Paris.
