To the entire team, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my stay such a wonderful and memorable experience. I have stayed in many hotels, including luxury properties around the world, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every single member of the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. Your kindness, warmth, and professionalism turned what could have been just another hotel stay into something very special. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt at home. The smiles, the greetings, the willingness to help, and the positive energy from everyone I met made a lasting impression on me. It is rare to find a team that delivers such excellent service while also making guests feel like family. A beautiful hotel can be found anywhere, but genuine hospitality comes from people and your team has mastered it perfectly. You should all be very proud of the experience you create for your guests every day. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the care you put into everything you do. We had a lovely stay. The rooms are clean, cozy, and the hotel’s location is great if you’re planning to spend most of your time around the Champs-Élysées. The only downside is that the rooms are on the smaller side, so if you’re two girls sharing luggage, it can feel a bit cramped since the bed is only a queen-size bed. What truly made this hotel special was the staff. Xabier, the night receptionist, was absolutely amazing. Every evening after dinner, my friends and I would end up chatting with him in the lobby and debriefing about our day. He was always so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely fun to talk to. It became one of our favorite parts of the trip. Avalon, who worked the morning shift, was just as wonderful. She was always happy to recommend places to visit, answer our questions, and help with anything we needed. Both of them made us feel so welcome and at home. We’re definitely staying here again on our next trip to Paris.

Stayed there four nights in April. Small, quiet, boutique hotel with excellent service. Rooms are on the small side but comfortable. Complete buffet breakfast is included and food quality is excellent. It is centrally located near Paris Opera. What distinguishes this hotel is the friendliness of the staff (particularly friendly receptionist Phunayi)

Thank you to Avalon for an amazing stay and a memorable birthday! I arrived a bit early due to transferring from another hotel and Avalon was very gracious and said she would do her best to get my room ready as soon as possible. I went on my way and came back to find my room ready with my luggage placed in my room. As I came and went during my stay all the staff were also very kind in greeting me. So the staff was wonderful all around. Also, on the evening of my birthday Avalon arranged for a special touch to be in my room which was so nice especially as I was celebrating alone. I found the room to be comfortable for my stay. I loved the bathroom and the heated toilet was a nice touch especially for a winter trip. I also appreciated the availability of complimentary sodas and water in the room. My only minor complaint is that carpet was a little worn but slippers were available so that was easily remedied. For me the hotel location was just ok. I typically stay in the 16th or 7th and do this trip I wanted to try a new area. I found the area to be a little noisy which is to be expected given it’s very close to a major road. Overall it was a great stay but I probably would not return. However, if you are looking for a hotel in this immediate area it is a great option.
