The overall experience was excellent! Hotel staff kindness is exceptional and energy of the hotel and rooms is really positive. I would recommend the location as it is very vibrant and local.

We absolutely loved the unique art and decor around the entire hotel, including the rooms, the hallways, the indoor pool, the bar and reception area. The bathrooms were gorgeous w state of the art hardware. The indoor pool was refreshing, the jacuzzi was a nice touch, but must make a reservation slot w front desk. The breakfast in the mornings was perfect w fresh crossaints, eggs, bacon, pancakes, sausage, cereals diff meats selections, yogurt, diff cheeses, fresh fruit, and more. We brought a converter but it did not fit bec the sockets at the hotel are all circular, the staff member Zahidul let us borrow a laptop cable for the night, until we can get our own, we really appreciate the help w this as we had a work project to complete. The sound from the street could not be heard at all, it was a non-issue. The location is perfect, in the middle between Metro line 6 and 13, perfect to get to anywhere in Paris and beyond. We will be back.
Stayed here Monday 20th of October for 1 night. The Location is the only thing positive I can say about this place. The pictures on the site are outdated and is similar experience to what one would get in south east asia e.g Pictures taken when hotel was built and not a representation of what it looks like today. The smell when you walk into the building is the first thing you will notice, reminiscent of your grandmothers couch from the early 80's. Its not a deal breaker but its just not pleasant. There was one guy working reception, he was in his own planet, tried to charge for breakfast despite it being part of the booked package. Asked about parking validation which he told me was done at the third party carpark which was not true as I found out from the receptionist the following morning who provided me with a receipt to show at the carpark which got the reduced rate for parking. The room has no air con, combine this with the smell and it just makes for an unpleasant stay. My real gripe was the dirt, mould spots in bathrooms, room had no hot water in the morning which I wasn't even bothered to complain about as I just wanted to leave. The bed has a small cloth like decorative blanket on it which was stained with what I can only assume was some previous occupants 5 mins in heaven, Just disgusting. the ironing board was hanging from the wall on a slant as it had obviously been damaged but rather than the wall being fixed and rehung it was just placed back in the broken hole. I was in Paris for work which was paid for by my company which is the only bright side here as If I had paidd out of my own pocket I would have been leaving within 5 minutes of entering the premises
Hotel Le M Paris offers a solid stay in a prime location, situated in the 14th arrondissement. We booked the comfort room for seven nights, and while the space was clean and free of any major issues, it felt dated and smaller than expected. The slanted ceiling made parts of the room (especially near the window and in the shower) awkward to navigate. There was no balcony, which added to the sense of limited space. That said, the location was excellent. Within a five-minute walk, you’ll find restaurants, markets, grocery stores, a shopping mall, cafés, and metro access; everything you need to explore the city with ease. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. There’s a fitness room and a basement restaurant, though we didn’t use either. One minor frustration: our fridge didn’t work the entire time. We asked for it to be fixed early on, but no one ever came to check it. Also, early check-in didn’t seem to be an option. We arrived ahead of schedule and had to wait several hours before our room was ready, though we were allowed to drop our bags off early, which helped. Overall, Hotel Le M Paris is a convenient and friendly base for exploring the city, but the room layout and maintenance could use some attention.
Location: Very good, within 30 minutes bus ride to best attractions. Service: Tried to buy only 2 coffees and 2 croissants but been told that is not possible and I have to buy their 11 euros breakfast, special thing what can I say. Rooms: 1.6 stars at maximum, the rooms are smelling, the walls are all scratched and there is mould on them. First room had the bathroom very bad affected by the mould and luckily I got another one on my request. I don’t want to be that person complaining, the only reason I’m leaving this review is that the stars of the hotel are misleading. It cannot be a 4 stars hotel, looking at the rooms at this hotel and another 4 stars I stayed I can give it a generous 1.6 stars! If this was a 1.6 stars I would’ve understood but 4 stars is very far away from that. RE: I had to insist and insist to the person that i only want 2 coffees and 2 croissants, it doesn't help with anything if i got 2 croissants free. Its all about the experience, your croissants doesn't justify the 4 stars hotel. Its interesting that from all what i written all you have to say is i gave you 2 croissants. This could've ended very bad as some people with allergy to mold could've need medical help because of your rooms. Shocking!
