It takes less than 1 minute walk from the station. There are Supermarkets, nice cafes, its located very convenient and safe area. By Paris standard, this hotel room is the larger size. There was a problem with drainage. Everything when we had a shower, the water wasn't drained properly and felt like I was standing in the huge puddle.

Hotel 209 Paris Bercy proved to be a wonderful choice for our trip to Paris. The transport links are truly outstanding. The hotel is within easy walking distance of four different metro lines, with one entrance situated literally just outside the front door. Buses are available nearby too. Thanks to this, we were able to reach virtually all major Parisian sights and landmarks within about twenty minutes without any fuss. Our room on the top floor was impressive: bright, surprisingly spacious, and featuring two lovely balconies. There was plenty of floor space to unpack and store our luggage comfortably. Everything felt clean, modern, and in solid working order... no loose fittings or dated interiors here. The only minor detail that could be improved was the selection of bathroom toiletries. There was no dedicated shampoo, conditioner, or basic vanity amenities provided, just an all-in-one body wash dispenser. Overall, it is a very well-run, comfortable, and reliable hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
I spent 10 days at the hotel. To be honest, the location is very good and conveniently close to the metro. The receptionists were extremely kind, and the service was generally good. The only thing I didn’t like was that, after paying for my entire stay, the men at the reception who handled my check-out early this morning charged me an additional €77. I still don’t understand the reason for this charge, but I accepted it because I had a flight to catch. It would have been much better if all charges had been clearly explained from the beginning, especially any additional fees. Overall, I had a good stay, but I would appreciate more transparency regarding the charges.
We had a great time in this Hotel. The staff takes great care of you. They are friendly and caring. When you have a problem, they are very approachable and have patience. They clean your room perfectly when you are out of the hotel. Beds are always made, and you get new towels. Also the mess in your room will be thrown out. It’s a perfect location, 25 meters near the metro station: Dugommier. There are lots of cafe’s and brasserie’s outside in the street for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. when you walk towards daumesnil (5-10 min walk), you end up on a large market and a big plaza with shops and more restaurants. it’s a great place to stay when visiting a couple of days in Paris.
The room was VERY TIGHT! No place to put luggage. The bed was soft and beaten down, it was the only place to sit. Things could be done to make better use of the small space, hooks on the wall and towel ring in the bathroom. The desk is useless, a luggage shelf would improve things substantially. We put the desk chair on the balcony to make room for the luggage. We found the staff to be top-notch, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was decent. I don't know how this rates four stars.
