Hotel Le 123 Elysees - Astotel

I booked directly from hotel website and I got a better rate from other applications.. The location is amazing, many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets are around the hotel. The staff were helpful and they guided me every time I needed help. They clean the room daily and the food in the fridge is complimentary. They even left me a small bag as a gift. While booking I mentioned that I am celebrating a birthday and when I checked in the room was decorated so nice of them . Highly recommended

I never got to stay here war broke out in our region right before my trip, and I contacted the hotel 35 hours before check-in explaining I couldn’t travel due to circumstances completely out of my control. Despite this being a clear case of force majeure, they refused any refund or flexibility. I understand policies exist, but a little humanity in a moment of real crisis would have gone a long way. Disappointing experience, and it’s made me hesitant to book here again.

My mom and I stayed 5 nights at Le 123 Elysee and we only have amazing things to say. Every single one of the staff member was extremely polite and sweet. Especially the ones at the breakfast service and Clément (who gave us delicious extra macarons). The hotel is very clean, the room is so beautiful and even the bathroom is cute and has a French style. There was snacks available all day long and the breakfast was very delicious with a big variety of food. Totally recommend this hotel and will stay in it again once we go to Paris. Also, we arrived in the heat wave and the air conditioner in the hotel worked perfectly.

A Comfortable and Convenient Stay in a Prime Location I recently stayed at Hôtel Le 123 Elysées - Astotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. This is a solid, no-frills hotel that delivers on the essentials. The room was basic but very clean, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious and satisfying, which is always a plus in Paris. The staff at reception were efficient and to the point, while the breakfast staff were especially kind and welcoming, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere to start the day. The breakfast had everything you could need—nothing extravagant, but well thought-out and satisfying. A thoughtful extra: the complimentary mini bar (restocked daily!) and afternoon snacks and drinks were much appreciated and added a nice touch of hospitality. I was also able to store my luggage after checkout, which was very convenient. The location is excellent—close to a supermarket, boulangerie, Starbucks, restaurants, the metro, and easily accessible by Uber. You really have everything you need within walking distance. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to add a softer, more ambient lighting option in the room. The current lighting setup is either quite bright or limited to the bedside lamps, which isn’t always ideal in the evenings. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Paris—especially if you value simplicity, convenience, and a few thoughtful extras.
