Had an awesome stay at Hotel Gramont in one of their Family Suites. The staff are super friendly and attentive, the rooms are very nice and clean, and the location of the hotel was perfect for my stay. It’s walking distance to many main attractions in Paris, and also has a metro stop up the block. I will definitely be back.
Lovely quaint boutique style parisian hotel in a good location, we loved our stay here. Very small issue that one of the days we didnt have available hot water from around 11-7, something to do with the water being stopped due to plumbing work, not ideal, luckily we weren't too affected as were out most of the day and I'm sure this was a one off situation and wouldn't be a problem usually. Otherwise, very accommodating, clean, beautifully decorated hotel. We were offered cake and tea for free until 6pm each day which was another lovely added touch - really nice place to return to after a long day of exploring Paris, hopefully we will return one day ☺️.
My wife and I stayed at Hôtel Gramont 17 years ago, before we had children, and we always hoped we’d return one day. We finally came back with our two kids, and we’re so happy to say this hotel didn’t disappoint. Everything was perfect. The location is fantastic, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. It truly felt like coming back home. We also have to give a special thank you to Caffè Concerto downstairs. Michele and the team were absolutely incredible. The food was outstanding, but what we’ll remember most is the kindness and hospitality. One evening, we returned late after taking our children to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle. The kitchen had already closed, but Michele surprised us with freshly prepared zucchini and peppers and the best tiramisu we’ve ever had. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much to our family. From our very first meal to our last, we were treated like family. Saying goodbye with hugs and kisses says everything about the people here. Thank you for helping create memories that our children will cherish, just as my wife and I have cherished the memories from our first visit 17 years ago. Friendly staff and a smooth check-in experience. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the room and the nice coffee station in the lobby. The hotel was clean, in good condition, and having an elevator was a plus. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Louvre. Overall, a comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it!
I planned a visit to Paris from the UK to celebrate my mums 70th birthday. From the moment we arrived, I knew that we had made the right choice. The hotel is on a lovely quiet street in a very central location. The hotel itself felt safe, exclusive and beautifully decorated. We had a warm welcome on arrival and our room was perfect. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I loved how the large windows could open fully and had a great view of the street. We had everything we needed. The products in the bathroom smelt amazing. The hair dryer was really powerful. The air con worked great when we wanted to shut the window overnight - it was incredibly quiet in the room. The buffet breakfast was a highlight - great selection of French cheese and lovely pastries. We loved that you could help yourself to coffee and water throughout the day. The perfect stay - we will definitely be back! Thank you so much The Gramont!
