The receptionist “ Gerard Ageno “ was rude and unprofessional. When I listened to a WhatsApp voice message, he spoke to me disrespectfully and told me to get earphones. He could have handled the situation politely, but his attitude toward me as a client was unacceptable.

The hotel was perfect for my husband and I. The staff - front desk and housekeeping - were all wonderful and so accepting of us as tourists, especially considering we know very little French. The hotel is in the PERFECT location. A short walk from the Eiffel Tower while still being in a quiet, clean area of the city. We visited several of the restaurants on the same block of the hotel and they were all incredible. The hotel breakfast was also incredible and was a competitive price to nearby cafes. The hotel rooms are small - BUT that is to be expected in Paris. Keep that difference in mind if you are used to larger accommodations (such as hotels in the United States), and the Hotel Elysees Bassano is a perfect place to stay.

An amazing stay at Élysée Bassano Hotel! The booking process was smooth, the room was spotless, and the service was excellent. The location is perfect—just steps from the Champs-Élysées. The multilingual staff were incredibly welcoming and made everything easy. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotel stays I've had. Communicated with me throughout the weeks leading up to my stay, and accommodated my requests at every turn. Extremely courteous staff who clearly worked hard, were diligent, and cared about their profession. As somebody who grew up in Japan, I would say that the French service is on par with that found in Japan. Beautiful view, and easy access to a station (George V). Rooms are quiet, showers are nice, and beds comfortable. This will be on my list for my future visits. Au revoir until next time!
