We loved our stay at Hotel Ducs de Bourgogne for so many reasons! The location was perfect for a first-time visiter to Paris. Very close to many major sites and the metro. The was room was exceptional -- beautifully appointed and so many thoughtful details like a steamer, a rain shower with a bench, and lovely bath products. Use of space was excellent -- large bathroom, wonderful mirrored wardrobe for clothing and shoes, and, plenty room -- a rarity in Paris from what I understand. And the Japanese bidet? Let's just say I'm now a convert and will be ordering one for my home! Also, the air conditioning was perfect as we were there during a heat wave. Hotels sometimes advertise it, but it's disappointingly underpowered. Not at this hotel -- our room was perfectly cool. Service was also wonderful. We dropped off our luggage as we arrived early and it was delivered to our room. The receptionist, Karinne, was especially lovely and a great resource. This may be one of the nicest hotel stays I've had and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!

After a lot of research I chose this hotel for it's location and style. We love to be in the centre in these typical french boutique hotels. We were not disappointed, magnifique. We knew we needed air conditioning, and it was superb. First Japanese toilet too! Great location for transport and excellent restaurants, cafes and Boulanger steps away. Would recommend without hesitation.
Beautiful little hotel with well appointed large rooms (for Paris), air conditioning that works well and a good breakfast. Walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Staff are welcoming, polite and attentive. Really enjoyed my stay here
This hotel truly is in an ideal location to explore Paris, especially as a first-timer. We walked to the Louvre and Notre-Dame easily. The staff were all lovely and helpful, even offering to practice French with us, though everyone we spoke with was also fluent in English. Our room was large, especially for Paris, and very clean. The only negative was that the bed was too soft for our liking, though that's a personal preference. The treats they provided on our first night were also a really nice touch!
Stayed 4 nights and was very happy with the hotel. Great location. Able to walk to lots of sites with many restaurant choices nearby. Modern bathroom. Nice shower with rain head and removable showerhead/wand. Room was clean. It was next to the elevator but was quiet with comfortable twin beds and windows that opened to a courtyard. Carla at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early from a redeye and was able to get into our room before 11am. The only things that weren’t outstanding were the lights were a little challenging to figure out and the heat/ac worked fine, but was not exceptionally responsive to the thermostat. The TV would not connect to airplay for streaming (even though it had the menu and an app that should’ve worked) but I didn’t go to Paris to watch TV so it wasn’t a problem. I would highly recommend staying here.
