I cannot say enough about this hotel. My daughters and I stayed there the beginning of September. I had booked a suite for the three of us. The rooms were really large so we had plenty of room for all of us. In fact the room was ready when we arrived at the hotel at 8AM(very lucky). The staff was so nice to all of us and very accommodating. Breakfast on the beautiful terrace was a wonderful plus. I would not hesitate to stay here again and in fact I hope to in the near future.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was so convenient to the bus, metro, museums, shopping and more. Alexey and the entire staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris.
This is the sixth time I have stayed at this lovely hotel. It is very near many metro stops, and is down the street from the Rodin museum and Napolean's tomb. Within easy walking distance of the Rue Cler and the Musee D'Orsay. Very nice quiet neighborhood, with several little markets across the street for snacks and beverages. A bakery is next door. Very nice restaurants locally--great to explore. Service is lovely (helps to say Bonjour when you first come in). Continental breakfast served on the terrace outdoor in the morning is delightful. I agree that it would be much much much nicer if they did not allow smoking outdoors, since that would be much more enjoyable and healthful for non-smoking guests who don't wish to be exposed to second hand smoke. The rooms are larger than most standard European hotel rooms. The air conditioning was amazingly effective. Good wifi. Not super cheap, but a great value.
Maybe most important: The property is a central location. The negs: -No water pressure in the shower. -The buffet tables are not old traditional or very french feeling; A table cloth and better flatware would go a long way for making the plain buffet feel more inviting and cute quaint. -They allow smoking in the courtyard so eating outside is not an option for a non smoker. -Carpet flooring in the rooms The pos: -If the price is right for you, then it is a good find for a few+ nights in Paris. -It is clean and cute and the rooms are average or slightly larger size. -The staff are warm; some are friendly, and some are polite; A list of good local brasserie's, restaurants, and evening lounges on a small pocket sized simplified walking map would be a great item for guests upon check in. -Great location, central to many top tourist sights and a few good neighborhoods, as well as evening lounges, brasseries, and just night time strolls.
We stayed here back in early April, thankfully the weather was kind to us. Such a lovely little boutique hotel in a great central location, making our itinerary so much easier. Close enough to most attractions we wished to visit and metro for those couple of areas just a little further away, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the capital, making it a quiet stay. Nothing was too much for any of the hotel staff and they were all most helpful, thank you for a lovely few days, what a beautifully holiday. Such history behind hotel too. Thank you once again, Paul & Lisa x
