Hotel Arvor Saint Georges

A hidden gem in the heart of the 9th Arrondissement! We recently stayed at Hôtel Arvor with our 2 kids 13 and 16, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Tucked away on a wonderfully quiet residential street (Rue Laferrière), it gave us the perfect peaceful retreat after busy days exploring the city, while still being handy to get to so many places The location is unbeatable. You are just a short walk or a quick hop from the metro, making it super easy to get around Paris, and within walking distance of Montmartre, local bakeries, and great spots to eat. The hotel itself has a fantastic boutique, cozy feel—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and with exceptionally comfortable beds. What truly sets Hôtel Arvor apart, though, is the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, welcoming, attentive, and more than happy to help with local recommendations. If you are looking for a stylish, quiet, and perfectly located base in Paris that feels like a true home away from home, we couldn't recommend Hôtel Arvor more highly. We will definitely be back!

The location is good, but at $396.11 for one night in September, we felt the experience did not meet what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. The amenities and services were basic and closer to a minimum offering, with limited comfort and attention to detail. For this price and hotel rating, we expected a higher standard.

Great find. Very cute hotel. Perfect for our needs. In a quiet neighborhood- quick metro or cab ride from all attractions. Service is excellent. Highly recommend it if one wants to be a little away from the noise and hustle of the busy areas.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The location is convenient and the room has the bare minimum amenities, but that’s where the positives end. For a hotel claiming to be four stars, there is nothing that justifies the rating. The walls are unbelievably thin. You don’t just hear muffled sounds, you can clearly hear conversations from the room next door?? Unfortunately, our neighbors were extremely loud throughout the night so me and my friend barely slept. We also reported about it to the reception but no solution coming up from them. I even recorded videos because it was hard to believe how poor the sound insulation was. Fyi, a good night’s sleep is the most basic expectation from any hotel, especially a four-star one. This property completely failed in that term. If you’re a light sleeper or even remotely sensitive to noise, AVOID this hotel at all costs. I left feeling exhausted, frustrated and genuinely disappointed. I simply cannot understand how this hotel has earned a four-star rating.
