It’s a great hotel excellent rooms and service It’s well located in a nice neighborhood and near metro and a big avenue leclarc with shoppings and restaurants It’s been a nice surprise how complete is the hotel room with everything you need
Lovely staff and an amazing one night last minute stay - would love to gate keep this haven BUT have to give a shout out to all the amazing people who prepped our room/welcomed us so late on a Sunday night!
Absolutely amazing I had a great time and the rooms were large and easy to access and very clean Little aircon for the heat wave too! Fabulous I will stay again
The rooms are not as advertised or photographed. I booked through Expedia and they don’t mention that the hotel doesn’t have AC. The front desk pulled one random advertisement where it mentioned no AC but they don’t advertise it that way everywhere. Only about 4-5 rooms have AC (and not all of them work). The family suite we were offered in the attic did have an AC which doesn’t work. Half of the suite is unusable as it is primarily a crawl space. Anyone above 5 feet needs to be careful using the toilet, shower, kitchenette, or the main bed. Walking around the room without hitting your head is a challenge. There is no one on the property between the 10:30 pm - 7:30 am. Beware of staying at this place.
Family of 4 from Australia & we loved every minute of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, location was perfect for us, set back in a beautiful quiet street, but still so close to shops and metro. Room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Definitely recommend!
