Excellent location, amazing staff Loved the location. Extremely comfortable room, great night’s sleep after exploring the city. Appreciated the coffee machine in the room with the complimentary biscuits. The service received from the staff was outstanding, the best I’ve come across in Paris. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The location was great. Front desk level of service and friendliness was exceptional. The attention to details are what made the stay exceptional. Every day, our room was tidied up with there always being fresh towels. The check-in area had complementary coffee, water, and candy. The hotel looked and smelled very clean and inviting.

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and feature a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed, including cookware, dishes, and a microwave, making the stay both convenient and comfortable. One of the things I truly appreciated was that the hotel kindly reduced my room rate after the first night, which reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with numerous excellent restaurants and cafés nearby. The reception staff were outstanding throughout my stay. They were professional, friendly, and always eager to help. Special thanks to Bertrand, Saadi, Tina, and Nadia for their exceptional hospitality and excellent customer service. I was also very grateful that they accommodated my request for a late check-out due to unforeseen personal circumstances. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The only positive aspect was the front desk staff, who were polite and apologized for the issues. Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. The housekeeping staff were unprofessional, there was no luggage service, and the hotel had only one old elevator, which meant long waiting times. The rooms were poorly insulated, so you could hear everything around you, and the air conditioning was often not cooling properly. On my first day, I was given the wrong room because my assigned room had already been given to another guest. The following day, a housekeeper came and tried to make us leave our room even though we were the rightful guests. I had to argue with her before she finally left. Later, a receptionist came to apologize, but by then the damage had already been done. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel
