Servane Marivain and her entire team did an exceptional job helping my mom and aunt host a truly elegant private lunch. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process. Everything was handled with such care and attention to detail, making the occasion feel effortless and special. Thank you so much to Servane and the entire team for all your hard work.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything at the Four Seasons Hotel George V was perfect. I genuinely could not have wished for a better stay. A very special thank-you to the guest services team, who helped me organise my proposal. Their willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to me, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. When you are planning such an important moment, having people who are so enthusiastic about helping makes all the difference. They truly showed us what genuine hospitality is. Our dinner at Le Cinq was another highlight. The experience was amazing, and the wine selection was phenomenal. It was such a wonderful way to celebrate an occasion we will remember forever. What I will remember most, though, is how the team made us feel throughout our stay. As beautiful as the hotel is, it is the people and their care that make it so special. I loved every single thing about our time here. George V will always hold a very special place in our hearts, and I will be returning for the rest of my life. Thank you to everyone who helped make this stay—and our engagement—so unforgettable.

Four Seasons Hotel George V is one of the most exceptional city hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is simply incredible, welcoming, and truly unforgettable. What impressed me the most was the service, especially at the spa. The team there was absolutely outstanding: incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They made the entire experience feel relaxing and personalized, and their hospitality was among the best I’ve ever experienced. The food is excellent, the hotel is beautifully maintained, and every detail reflects the highest standards of luxury and service. In my opinion, George V sets the benchmark for luxury hotels in Paris. I personally found it to be a much better experience than Ritz Paris, thanks to its warmer atmosphere, flawless service, and consistently exceptional attention to detail. I can’t wait to return.

I live in Paris and I’ve been to The George V for breakfast at least five or six times, often with VIP clients. Sadly, today was my last visit. The breakfast itself was excellent, and our first server was wonderful. Unfortunately, everything changed when the staff switched over. For nearly 20 minutes, our table was completely ignored. Meanwhile, the manager, Mr. JELLE, checked on neighboring tables but never once acknowledged us until I had to stare him down and ask for the bill myself. The final straw came when I asked for a small box to take a few pastries home. I was told there was a “new 2026 policy” prohibiting takeaway boxes. Yet I had just watched another table receive one. The explanation? “They’re hotel guests.” I asked how do you know we are not guests? His response I just know… Hotels have every right to create policies. What they don’t have is an excuse for inconsistent service or making loyal, returning guests feel unwelcome. This is also the second time I’ve left The George V questioning whether I was treated differently. I truly hope that’s not the case, but no guest especially at a palace hotel should leave wondering whether they received the same respect and attention as everyone else. Luxury isn’t just about beautiful décor. It’s about making every guest feel seen, valued, and welcomed. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience, and I won’t be returning.
