A deposit of €50" will be requested as a guarantee either by card or in cash returned on departure.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude and, above all, my appreciation for Eliane, obrigado! (I’m sorry if I’ve spelled your name incorrectly!). She was absolutely fantastic, incredibly friendly, and welcoming. The other staff members were also very kind and helpful.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with huge beds and a perfect 10/10 location. The breakfast was decent, too.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

The location is fantastic — very close to two Metro stations, within easy walking distance of UNESCO Headquarters, and also close to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, pleasant, and safe. The breakfast was also delicious.
What impressed me most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. Whenever I needed anything, they responded immediately and did their best to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. Their warm hospitality made a real difference to my stay in Paris.
I was extremely satisfied with everything — location, cleanliness, comfort, safety, breakfast, and especially the wonderful staff. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris. Highly recommended!
Absolutely loved staying at First Hotel Paris Tour Eiffel! Such a lovely spot with lots of restaurants nearby, plus a cute little bakery next door. They also offer breakfast at the hotel.
The owner was so lovely, and the reception staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful with anything we needed.
Our room was clean and comfortable. We booked a Classic Double Room and were so lucky to be upgraded to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was absolutely beautiful! It made our stay even more special. Being able to open the windows and look out at the Eiffel Tower gave us that true Parisian feeling. Even later at night as i was laying down in bed i had the curtain open and had a clear view of the tower 😍
The shower was lovely and hot, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were great too. Honestly, I can't fault the hotel.

This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. The entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean, the food was varied and delicious and the location was perfect. So near to everything but also quiet at night with great soundproofing and air conditioning. The owner was really nice and we had great fun chats.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was excellent, very near to metro just in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore Paris and visit the major attractions.
The breakfast was okay and good, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and elegant. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. I would definitely stay here again!
