Citizenm Paris Champs-elysees

We had great stay! I’ve used Citizen M for work travel but never as a couple. Was a little concerned as we know rooms are smaller but this was a great stay for a couple. Close to metro and you can get everywhere fast. Thing I love about citizen M is you get 4 star hotel quality for cheaper than most 4 star options… as long as you can handle the room size. The beds are 10/10. The common areas, patios and roof top bars are always great for chilling and the staff are always 10/10 fun, positive and outgoing. Big shout out to Edwina and Victor on the night shift, they were awesome! Thanks for a great weekend!

I recently stayed at citizenM Paris Champs-Élysées, and while the location is outstanding, the room itself had several drawbacks. The hotel is within walking distance of many of Paris’s most popular monuments, excellent shopping, and a great mix of local French and American restaurants, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. However, the rooms are extremely small. The bed is pushed against the wall, so you have to climb in and out from the foot of the bed. The mini refrigerator is very small and doesn’t hold much, and there is no microwave. There is also no luggage rack, making it difficult to store or access your suitcase comfortably. One design feature to be aware of is the bathroom layout. The sink is located in the main room outside the enclosed bathroom, so be careful when opening the bathroom door—it can easily hit someone standing at the sink. Overall, the unbeatable location is the hotel’s biggest advantage, but travelers who value larger rooms or additional conveniences may find the accommodations too compact.

We had a great stay at citizenM Champs Elysees. It’s in a very good location, and the rooms and common areas were clean. We checked in at night and were welcomed by Anass and Maud. They were very friendly and made us feel at home throughout our 9 days there. In fact, the entire night staff was exceptional and I appreciate how they treated us. The day staff was good as well, but they were a bit inconsistent (it took a couple requests for them to replace our soaps, and communicate accurate information about room cleaning). We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice. The location and the indoor and outdoor seating areas are ideal. I didn’t like the room very much, but I only used it for sleeping, so it wasn’t a big issue. Most of the time I stayed in the lobby, where the staff are very friendly. I especially want to mention Anass. He is the nicest person I have ever met. He treats both colleagues and guests with great care, and everyone leaves happy and satisfied after he helps them. He provides excellent customer service and always tries to keep everyone happy. A huge thank you to Anass. He is not only kind but also very funny. When he had his day off, it really felt like something was missing. I will choose this hotel again next time because of him. He truly deserves to be promoted, and I hope he is well appreciated.
