⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 – The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Avoid This Property I rarely leave negative reviews, but my family's experience at this hotel was so terrible that I feel obligated to warn future travelers. We stayed for **3 nights**, and from the very first day **the air conditioning in our room completely stopped working**. We immediately informed the front desk, and every single time we followed up, the manager kept assuring us, *"It will be fixed in one hour."* Unfortunately, that "one hour" never came. We spent **all three nights without any air conditioning.** Travelling with children made the situation even worse. Our room became unbearably hot, and we were forced to sleep while sweating throughout the night. Instead of enjoying our Paris vacation, we were exhausted, uncomfortable, and frustrated. What shocked us even more was the complete lack of housekeeping. **Not once during our entire 3-night stay did housekeeping visit our room.** When we asked why, we were casually told that housekeeping **does not clean rooms every day.** This was unbelievable, especially considering the high room rates charged by this hotel. To make matters worse: * No working air conditioning for the entire stay. * Repeated promises from management that were never fulfilled. * No alternative room offered. * No fan provided to make the room even slightly bearable. * No proactive communication or apology while we were staying. * No housekeeping service during the entire stay. This hotel charges premium rates, plus city tax, yet failed to provide one of the most basic expectations of any hotel—a comfortable room to sleep in. A hotel can experience technical problems, and I understand that. What I cannot accept is the complete lack of honesty, urgency, communication, and customer care. Being told "one more hour" for three consecutive days while nothing was actually done is simply unacceptable. This was, without question, **the worst hotel experience of my life**. I sincerely hope other travelers, especially families with children, read this review before booking. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
I stayed here for about a week and honestly expected a much better experience. At first, the room seemed acceptable, but after a few days the air conditioning stopped working, which made the room very hot and uncomfortable. This became a serious problem because Paris was already warm, and without proper AC it was difficult to relax or sleep properly. For the price being charged, I expected basic facilities like air conditioning to work without issues. The location was the best part of the stay, but the overall comfort did not match the standard or the price of the hotel. I would not choose to stay here again unless the hotel improves its maintenance and guest support.

I stayed at Citadines Tour Eiffel Paris with my family and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We booked a One-Bedroom Apartment with Eiffel Tower View as well as a Studio. The apartment itself was not properly cleaned. There was a noticeable amount of dust in the room, and the overall cleanliness was far below what I would expect from a 4-star property. In my opinion, this accommodation does not meet 4-star standards. We were a family of five and were given the apartment on the fifth floor and the studio on the first floor. This arrangement was extremely inconvenient with three children. Because of the distance between the rooms, we hardly used the studio at all. Constantly going back and forth between the first and fifth floor was simply impractical and significantly reduced the value of our stay. The staff was generally unfriendly and not very helpful. On several occasions, we had to ask multiple times before receiving an answer or assistance. There was one employee who was very friendly and professional, but unfortunately I only saw him on the first day. The breakfast area was far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Finding a table was often difficult, and the breakfast selection was average at best. Some of the food seemed to be frozen or of lower quality rather than fresh. The biggest disappointment was the price-to-performance ratio. The hotel charges premium prices, but the quality, cleanliness, service, and facilities do not justify the cost. The only real advantage of this hotel is its excellent location near the Eiffel Tower. Overall, I would not stay here again. While the location is excellent, the cleanliness, service, room allocation, and overall quality fell well below expectations for a property advertised as a 4-star hotel. The hotel has potential, but significant improvements are needed to justify its pricing and rating.
