Home sweet home:) I gave up counting how many times we stayed in CB! Everything is so smooth and high level, starting from the butler’s unpacking, accompanied by seamless housekeeping. Gym is well equipped, has many different ankle weights and rubber bands, heated stope pad and even group classes ( which are usually more private classes haha ) . Spa zone is clean, big, with nice treats by the pool. Massage is very nice, I recommend it! Best regards to the concierge Emma - she always makes our stays exceptional :) but be careful about one thing.. THE CROISSANTS! They are too addictive 😂 and also home made vanilla yogurt.. it’s too good! We always have good time in CB, and even if some incidents happen .. which happened, the management took care of it very professionally! See you!

Cheval Blanc Paris delivers an extraordinary standard of luxury that redefines hospitality from start to finish. From the moment of booking via telephone to being collected at the train station by private transport, every detail of the guest journey is handled with effortless perfection. The service throughout the property is truly impeccable. Every member of the staff, including the concierge and reception team, executes their role with deep care and precision. The room service and housekeeping standards surpass those of any luxury hotel worldwide. Dining on the room's balcony while enjoying delicate pastries, cakes, and breakfast options provides an exceptional culinary experience that easily stands among the finest in the city. Dinner at the hotel restaurant remains the ultimate highlight of the stay. The atmosphere strikes a ideal balance between relaxed refinement and top tier world class service. A simple two course choice effortlessly transforms into a sensational seven course tasting menu, demonstrating remarkable culinary creativity and generosity. The hotel continually exceeds expectations with thoughtful touches that elevate every moment. Guests return to their rooms to find custom touches like a pre-run warm bath, specialized sunglasses cleaner, and convenient wire organizer straps. Daily gifts add an extra layer of delight. The in-room amenities, including high-end bath products and a private bedroom steam room, create a personal haven. Missing an appointment due to falling fast asleep and waking up ninety minutes later feeling completely refreshed is perhaps the ultimate testament to the relaxing sanctuary created here. Cheval Blanc Paris easily stands as one of the finest hotels in the world, making a stay here an essential bucket-list experience.
You pay to dine at the restaurant, yet you are not allowed to take photos. Has the terrace been rented out for a private event or something? What a joke. Seats were sitting empty, yet we were not allowed to sit there because we were told they were “reserved.” Fine, I can understand that. But then we were not even allowed to take photos from our own table. If you came here for the beautiful views and photos, don’t bother. The attitude of the staff was absolutely appalling. This is, without question, the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my life. I have travelled to dozens of countries, and this is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. This place was the stain on my entire Europe trip. I honestly cannot believe how pretentious this hotel is — apparently even more arrogant than the hotels in London. If you enjoy being treated poorly and having to put up with the staff’s attitude, then go ahead and visit what I consider to be the worst hotel in all of Paris.
We were beyond pleased with our stay at Chevalier Blanc Paris. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we received first class treatment. Check in was seamless, efficient, and pleasant. Our room was fabulous with all modern facilities and technology. The location is also perfect with easy access to Notre-Dame, St Chapelle, Latin Quarter and wonderful and lively neighborhoods. The food and service were exceptional throughout the hotel. Highly recommend and will definitely be our future hotel when visiting Paris.
The hotel’s location and overall environment are indeed very good, which is why we ultimately chose it after comparing several well-known five-star hotels. However, the actual stay—especially the service experience—was clearly disappointing and did not meet the expectations I had for a hotel at this level and price point. From the moment of check-in, the staff member who assisted us appeared impatient, and the communication lacked basic attentiveness, which already made the experience uncomfortable. In addition, I called room service to request a curling iron.Although the request was confirmed on the phone, nothing was delivered after more than 30 minutes. Only after calling again to follow up were the items finally brought to the room. This level of responsiveness is difficult to accept for a five-star hotel. During breakfast, the staff also appeared rather indifferent. For guests who are not fluent in English, there was a noticeable lack of patience and support in communication. These experiences genuinely affected my overall mood that day and raised questions about the hotel’s service standards. Overall, while the hotel’s hardware and location are good, the service quality clearly needs improvement. If service is not a priority, it may still be an option, but for those who value service experience, I would not recommend it.
