Wonderful experience with all the staff, very courteous and helpful. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location with plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and landmark sites to explore and enjoy! Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

The location of the hotel is great. But the rooms are dated. I had been in contact with the hotel, to make arrangements, days before our arrival but they neglected to inform us that the street around the hotel and a large portion of Paris would be closed due to a marathon on that date. Our taxi was not able to get to the hotel so we ended up having to walk the last 2 km with our luggage. If we had been notified, we could have made other arrangements, as the streets opened an hour after our arrival. I had booked an Eiffel Tower view room but upon arrival, after the long walk in the heat with our luggage, my room was not ready. They asked us to wait in the lobby while it was prepared. But after 30 minutes, we were informed that they would upgrade us to a Junior Suite for our trouble, if we would wait another 15 minutes. This turned out to be another 30 minutes. The Junior Suite looked nothing like the pictures online and was very old. It was a two story suite with the bed in a small loft upstairs with no windows and low ceilings. The staircase was very narrow and tight with a secondary bathroom upstairs. The problem was the upstairs bathroom only had a sink and tub and no toilet. We would have to go down the narrow staircase to use the toilet. Also, the light switch for the upstairs did not work and only half of the outlets worked. As we were preparing for bed, we noticed that there was no air conditioning upstairs in the loft. We called the front desk and the person who came told us that the air conditioning upstairs was turned off because it was not necessary. But we could clearly see that the upstairs vent had been blocked off. There was no way we would not be able to sleep with the heat and lack of air flow. We were then given the option to move to the room that we had originally booked. So, in the middle of the night, we repacked and changed rooms. As for the temperature, this second room was better since it was all on one level and the air conditioning worked. Again, the Eiffel Tower view room that we had booked only offered a view of the Eiffel Tower when you stand by the window at a particular angle. The view room upgrade is definitely not worth it. The pictures online is not representative of what you will get. Again, the location is very good but the condition of the rooms and the service level leaves me to question the 5 Star hotel rating. Would I stay here again? Probably not.
The best location in Paris - right across the Ritz and in the heart of all the shopping, Costes and the flagship Chanel. I loved everything about this hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Eric kindly helped us get a taxi to the airport when all the streets were closed and literally walked our luggage’s down multiple streets to help us get a taxi. The breakfast is good and the terrace is very cute - try the chocolate crossaint and I had 2 cappuccinos a day here. The rooms are a good size for Paris and I will definitely be staying here again on my next to Paris. 10/10 location and experience!
The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was very nice, courteous and helpful. The main floor/lobby area, as well as the dining area and courtyard aesthetically was exactly what I expected. Our room was very clean and the amenities were a nice touch, however I was disappointed in the overall room. The room was a lot smaller than expected, and the furniture and fixtures felt somewhat cheap in quality. It looked just like a regular hotel room and felt somewhat separate from the rest of the hotel, with very little if any of the Parisian and Italian qualities that the hotel talks about and prides itself on.
We had a great time here. We stayed during our trip for Roland Garros. The location is the best part about it. Close to so many incredible shops and sites. Without traffic 35-40 mins from the airport. It was about 35 mins from Roland Garros. The staff was kind and many of them spoke English. The bar and restaurant were incredible. They had a piano player playing every night which added to the vibe and elegance of the hotel. The rooms weren’t super modern but they were clean and our room had a fridge which was great for keeping our drinks cold. The shower water got hot really fast which was also great. 💪💪💪
