Best Western Premier Trocadero La Tour

I did't feel like it was a 4-star hotel at all. It wasn't all that clean, very small room, the sofa-bed mattress was sagged. Staff were good.

We have must left a wonderful stay here. Delphine on reception greeted us with a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasurable stay. The hotel is charming, the rooms incredibly clean with comfortable beds. Great location and incredible value for money. We’ll definitely be back again Thank you for a lovely experience Highly recommend 🤍

If you would have told me “Best Western Paris” let’s book. I’d say hmmm maybe. But this little hotel is quite the charmer. It’s situated in the residential streets of the 16th arr. literally around the corner of all the shops and restaurants. The hotel’s interior is in the lobby authentic and lovely. With wooden panelling and the true Paris feel. The staff is WONDERFUL. The reason why the room is slightly downgraded from a five star is that we were literally in the smallest room. Room 34. The bathroom was surprisingly generous in size but the shower did not attach to the pole of the bath tub. And it’s slowly moved down the pole. Very Chevy Chase 1980’s. Our biggest delight was the awesome neighborhood this hotel is in. We will be back in that neighborhood and maybe in this hotel. Bigger room.

I chose this hotel randomly on booking and I was so lucky the hospitality was amazing. I I came early to check in and the hospitality was great. They gave me some coffee and water. That’s so so nice ♥️from them all who work in the front desk all of them in the daytime or in the night. they were so great and professional and nice really really nice.♥️ It will never be my last time and their hotel and I will make sure every time I will visit Paris. I will book this hotel again because the neighbourhood is amazing. So many market and coffee shop everything you can find it by walking and the housekeeping lady she really professional every time I enter my room I found I found it so clean and neat thanks to her🤍great location
