What an amazing hotel in Paris. Most importantly, it has an individual A/C unit that you can manually control. Air conditioning in Paris is almost non-existent, so this was a great and much-needed bonus during the hot summer days.
Very convenient location, right next to a metro station and the RER train to the CDG airport. Lovely customer service, too. I would like to acknowledge Julia who works at the front desk. She was truly amazing!
The only minor issue is sound proofing. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything that's happening outside your room.
But I'm still giving it 5 stars. Would definitely go back when I'm in Paris again.
Nice and neat hotel with air conditioning. The rooms were neat and the free breakfast was great! A little far from some attractions but at a reasonable price. Staff were kind and welcoming, and provided free filtered water in the lobby.
Disappointing stay. My room had a constant, periodic loud buzzing noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. The reception only offered earplugs, which didn't help, and there was no apology at checkout,just a note for the caretaker.
The rooms are also not up to a 4-star standard in terms of quality and maintenance. While the breakfast was okay, the lack of professional service and the noise issue made for a very poor experience. Definitely not worth the 4-star rating.
I stayed in Best western for the just one night.Overall stay was comfortable.The room is small as compared to other hotels. Location is excellent just opp to the bus stop 68 which runs to all major attractions.The breakfast buffet is good with options of fruits cheese meats& different kinds of breads.The coffee vending machine with small snacks in the lobby is a good touch.
The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The room is a bit small, but it was clean and well-kept. What really makes the difference is the team — very friendly, always ready to help, and they made our stay much easier.
The only downside for me was the breakfast policy. As a Best Western Platinum member, I was expecting complimentary breakfast (as I had experienced in other Best Western hotels, for example in Italy). Unfortunately, here I was told it wasn’t included, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, though, it’s a nice and friendly hotel in a great location.
