Overall good stay, good location and no major issues. Good for shops, kfc & mcdonalds near by and bars. Some issues with noise outside just one negative.

We stayed here for one night when visiting the moulin rouge. Really lovely comfortable beds, nice size room for the price in Paris and welcoming staff . Shower was hot. Yes there is street noise no matter which floor you are on but I have had that everywhere I stayed in Paris, it is not so much to disturb your sleep. I can see other reviewers have mentioned the sex shops, yes that is true however I was a young woman out walking alone alot of the trip and I did not feel unsafe and in honesty, if you are there to see the moulin rouge you can't really complain about some risque mannequins and toys in a window.... . There are also alot of fabulous restaurants, bakeries and boutiques too. It's right outside blance station which made it easy to get on the metro, and there is the monoprix supermarket right opposite so it is a great location. 20 minute walk to Lafayette and printemps.

I booked the Be You Hotel Paris for a four-night stay. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find the hotel surrounded by sex shops, something I was not aware of when booking. Although my room was ready early—which I initially appreciated after a long 10-hour trip—I was assigned a first-floor, street-level room with the bedroom facing the street. Unfortunately, the room had no hot water, and the street noise made it impossible to rest. I informed the staff immediately and requested a room change. I was told my reservation was non-refundable and that no alternative rooms were available until the following day, with no guarantee. After briefly going out, I returned to find there was still no hot water, and the Wi-Fi was down for over an hour. Because there is no phone in the room, I had to go to the lobby to speak with staff. While there, I observed a couple booking a room for one hour, which made it clear the hotel offers hourly room rentals. At that point, I felt unsafe and decided I could not stay there. I stayed one night due to the circumstances but was unable to sleep because of ongoing street noise. I checked out the next morning around 9:30 a.m. and contacted American Express Travel regarding the situation. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are specifically looking to stay near sex shops and a property that offers hourly room rentals.
