Mr. Gaston at the front desk is an absolute gentleman! His exceptional hospitality, kindness, and positive attitude are the main reasons I decided to continue my stay at this aparthotel. I was actually planning to move to another place, but thanks to his outstanding service and the way he makes guests feel genuinely welcome and valued, I decided to extend my stay instead. Mr. Gaston is truly an asset to this establishment, and his dedication deserves special recognition. Thank you, Mr. Gaston, for making such a wonderful difference!

The staff were fantastic throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel itself was very quiet, making it a lovely, relaxing place to stay.
The only reason I’m giving the room 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shower tray wasn’t angled correctly, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor. Apart from that small issue, everything else was excellent.
We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.
The service is excellent. The staff is helpful, patient (especially with us tourists), and always willing to provide local recommendations and information.
The hotel is clean, modern, and has air conditioning—a major plus during our visit. They were very accommodating to our family with small kids. The location is fantastic, with just about everything you might need or want within walking distance.
One tip for future guests: if you're planning to use taxis or Uber, walk down to the main road. There are usually plenty of taxis available there, and you'll save some waiting time. Otherwise, plan for an additional 10–15 minutes for pickup.
A small note for management: please consider doing something about Monsieur and Madame Dupont—the two enormous flies that seem to have taken up permanent residence in the lobby. Perhaps a discreet blue light trap would encourage them to check out as well.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
A lovely stay in this lovely hotel a few steps from Montmartre, in a very quiet area. Reception staff were very helpful throughout and customer service was great. Rooms are a good size with air-conditioning which was very much appreciated in the 33°heat. Great base to explore Paris from.
We imagined this apart as an hotel, but they claim they are “different than a hotel” that’s why they do not provide some fundamental services such as cleaning for free. I do understand the cleaning fee to some extent, but when I see the adverts of additional coffee capsules for 1 Euro, it was really disturbing. I felt like they are trying to convert everything into a commercial purpose. For 4 nights, we had only 3 capsules of coffee for 2 people just like other reservations for one night. When I try to explain the unfairness, the reception only stated that it is “the rule”. Therefore, I do not recommend this “apart” if you are looking for a welcoming, friendly and warm staying in Paris.
