Appart'city Collection Paris Gare De Lyon

I am going to compare this to other apart hotels. Lobby is clean with plenty of seats. Room is a good size and the bed was extremely comfortable and nice linens. Kitchen was okay as in apart hotels they are usually small so no surprise. Bathroom was excellent. Towels were fine. Great towel warmer. Large sink and two shower heads. Good location but perhaps too far from the usual tourist attractions for some. Close to two great markets. Bastille and d’aligre. The staff was very accommodating especially Arrona(I apologize if I butchered the spelling). A great guy 🙂🙂. I didn’t get breakfast so can’t comment. There are a few minor maintenance issues that need to be taken care of in the room but it still deserves five stars. Could use BBC for English speakers. We did have an issue with the first room but was swiftly changed .

Choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made for our stay in Paris! It’s a beautiful hotel in a lovely neighborhood. It’s within walking distance of Gare de Lyon, with a bus stop just 1–2 minutes away, and there’s even a Lidl right next to the hotel, which was super convenient. The staff were also lovely and welcoming, and we had such a great time staying here. We would definitely come back! And also you can put your luggage here before check-in or after check-out free of charge.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Paris. The location is excellent, close to shops and cafés, with a Lidl supermarket right next door, which was very convenient. Our room was spacious and comfortable, especially while traveling with a baby. The staff were professional and welcoming, and we truly appreciated their kindness and help with our needs. The only downside was the housekeeping service, as the timing of room cleaning was somewhat inconsistent. On one occasion, they came quite late in the afternoon while our baby was sleeping, and our request to come back later was met with a rather abrupt response. A little more flexibility would have been appreciated. A special thank you to Arona at reception, who was exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and truly made our stay more enjoyable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A wonderful stay! Everything was excellent – the cleanliness, the thoughtful welcome gift upon arrival, and the possibility of an early check-in made our experience even better. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed regularly. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. We also appreciated the detox water available for guests, as well as the opportunity to refill our water bottles whenever needed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with several metro stations nearby, making it very convenient to get around. We would happily stay here again!
