As with many hotels in the center of Paris, the rooms were small, but also modern, tidy and comfortable. I was especially happy with the clean and updated bathrooms! Staff was also friendly and helpful. The closest metro stop is less than 2 mins away, and the area is great if you’re a foodie. It was good value and I would definitely stay again.
Loved staying here! Really great location to explore Paris from that’s not right in the most touristy area. Lots of great restaurants within the block even (recommend Le Chardon just down the street). Also highly recommend getting some treats from Mamiche around the corner and having them for breakfast - I appreciated there was a tray in the room to use for this purpose. The people working were all really helpful, besides one guy at the front desk who seemed like he was having a bad day but that happens. I had a lottt of luggage as I was in the middle of moving and got a lot of help with it. Bed very comfy and the shower one of the best I’ve encountered in France. Will be keeping an eye on prices to go back for a little Paris staycation.
Great Hotel, short walking distance to Gare de l‘est. Very helpful reception team, offered me an upgrade for free. 24hour reception, very handy that checkout is at 12am only.
I booked a room with two beds, but I was given a room with one small single bed, clearly not suitable for two adults. When I raised the issue, I was simply told there was no solution unless I paid extra for another room. The management also refused to speak with me. Completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this hotel.
Great hotel, perhaps a little pricey and the room was perhaps a little small but overall very positive experience. Friendly staff, great breakfast options to start the day, and everything was clean. Will consider staying again when next in Paris.
