Review title: A convenient way to travel The transfer was a convenient way to travel between Paraty and Rio. It made getting between destinations easier and more straightforward. I would recommend it to travellers looking for a practical transfer option when planning their trip.
Very comfortable ride and quick! It’s nice they pick you up from your location as well. Would recommend!
Excellent service from Paraty to Rio. I was the only passenger at 5am and they still provided the transportation. Very professional, on time, exceptional service. Highly recommend if you’re traveling from Rio to Paraty or Paraty to Rio.
Well organised, the best choice to transfer yourself from Paraty to Rio De Janeiro and vice versa. Highly recommended!
Very helpful and attentive driver. Perfect climatisation. Some delay in the pick-up but understandable due to the traffic in the city. We would definitely do it again.
Comfortable bus and good driver, but slow: they stop in many places and even for a long time. Better to take a taxi/Uber
It was great got pickup on time at my hotel location. Nice driver, clean van. Got dropped exactly in front of my hotel in the next destination
Everything perfect!!! On the time, smooth and easy. Good communication and comfort drive on new bus.
Excellent, punctual, door-to-door service. The bathroom break between Rio and Paraty was much appreciated. When a village blocked highway traffic to protest its electricity not being restored, we had a front-row seat to democracy Brazil-style and the driver politely kept us informed.
Very professional and convenient service from Paraty to Rio hotels. Driver picked us up from our hotel on time and delivered us safely to our Room hotel.
Great service all around. Excellent safe driver, clean comfortable van! And a stop mid way was very timely and appropriate. We appreciated the service and communication. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody. Thank you very much!
The driver was on time. The bus was immaculate and very comfortable. The bus company was in touch to make sure everything went smoothly.
Pick and drop off in Rio was easy. Drivers were excellent. They drove safely and efficiently. Would definitely use them again.
Delivered efficiently from our hotel in Paraty to our airport hotel in Rio. At both ends the driver helped us with our cases.
Pick up in Rio was on time as well as the return pick up from Paraty to the airport in Rio. Good, safe driver and a new van.
Nice road , beautiful landscape , Nice driver and on time ! I recommend :) In addition if you have any problem, the client service is here to help you
Paraty tours is a very reliable and serious company. Solange has been very helpful in organizing our daughters transfers from Sao Paulo airport to paraty and from paraty to rio airport. We recommend without hesitation
During the hiring process, the WhatsApp support was always efficient and attentive. One day before I received the transfer confirmations on WhatsApp (shared transfer scheduled for 12:30 PM, departure from Galeão). Upon arrival in Rio, I was informed that there would be a reception with a sign with our names, but there wasn't. We waited at the location. Then I received a message on WhatsApp from an unknown number, with a photo of the place where we were supposed to meet the driver at 12:30 PM (Casa do Pão de Queijo). I needed to confirm with Paraty Tours if that was true. At 11:30 we were notified by this same stranger that the driver was on the way and then we received a call informing us that he had arrived. We had to hurry (we were having lunch). In summary: the agreements made were not fulfilled and we feel disrespected.
Reliable transfer. Perfect communication via WhatsApp. Friendly drivers. Clean, modern vans.
Very good experience with Paraty Tours. We made 3 transfers with them during our vacation and everything went very well. Safety, communication, punctuality, and comfort. Recommended 100%
All services were carefully monitored by Flávia, before and after their delivery! We would definitely hire Paraty Tours services again
Captain Domingos was very kind and attentive, the sailor Ricardo proved an amazing, attentive and generous Cover, and the sailor Julia managed everything in a unique way that gave nothing out of control and made everything go wonderfully well for everyone on that boat!
They organized transfers to and from Rio and São Paulo airports, evening excursions to visit the city and excursions by boat. Everything perfect and precise in every detail!!! Super fast in responses on whatsapp and always present, they have the headquarters in paraty where you can also go in person. Very good and super recommended.
Our transfer from Paraty to Rio went badly because we were not heard from for 1 hour and left 2 hours late. ParatyTours has denied us any financial compensation.
Competent team from hiring to the end. Everything was perfect, schedule, driver, car. Congratulations so easy traveling through Brazil.
Punctual, courteous and comfortable. The driver was very friendly, the trip was comfortable. The van clean and spacious. All the perfect organization.
Somente elogiar.
I highly recommend the transfer service, they helped me to find the best option for my transfer from Paraty - Ilha Grande - Sao Paulo, the transport was comfortable, the drivers very friendly and helpful, I want to highlight the attention of Beatriz who was always attentive, attentive and gave me solution to all my requests.
Very responsible, polite and friendly team, the tour was peaceful, with unmissable music and scenery, speechless, thank you very much!
Travel made with driver Rogério, on 04/04/22. Excellent driver, cordial, polite and very helpful
