Björn is an amazing host. You can ask him everything and he will always help you. The breakfast was also amazing, the best we had in Brazil. Freshly prepared and very diverse. The room is also great. Very clean, nice furniture and comfortable beds. Planets Banana is everything you need. It’s a real little paradise with all the plants, flowers and the hammocks. We would definitely recommend it!
We had an absolutely fantastic time at Björn’s paradise in Paraty. The place is tropical and beautiful with a hot shower, air con, and a 5* breakfast (try the baked banana crepes with dulce de leche! Delicious!). It’s right at the beach and a 15min walk to the historic city center. And if even that seems too far on a lazy day, some very good restaurants are also very close to Planeta Banana (in fact we had our best Moqueca right next door). Most importantly, everyone there makes you feel right at home, Björn gave us great advice how to explore Paraty and it’s surroundings, helped us organize a kayaking trip, and just generally creates a very relaxed, welcoming vibe. I can only recommend this place to everyone! Thanks for everything Björn :)
Excellent stay. I’m definitely going back next time I’m in Paraty. The room was super clean, the whole place looks super cute and the breakfast was a whole experience! - super vegetarian friendly (Too bad I didn’t take better pictures) The host Björn was exceptional and we got the pleasure to meet the sweet Lola 🐶.
Such a lovely stay, very friendly hosts and cute rooms. Breakfast is really good and the location is great for access to the beach and not too far from the centre either. Would absolutely stay again!
We had a great stay here, beautiful rooms, very nice breakfast and wonderful service. The owner is very attentive. Highly recommended. The only bad thing that I can say that the location is far from the city centre, next time we will stay a bit closer.
