This was an amazing tour led by a knowledgeable guide who spoke English and Spanish. The bus driver picked us up at our cruise pier and made it effortless to get to the speedboat that would take us out to the islands. We saw amazing animals, sea lions, penguins, pelicans, and many unique birds. Getting to see the geoglyph from the water was spectacular. We also took a bus ride into the national park to see the beautiful red sand beach The tour was well organized, very efficient. The bus and boat drivers were very skilled. Our guide Brenda clearly loves nature and her job sharing the area and all of its wonders. Highly recommended for anybody who’s going to be visiting Paracas or Pisco in Peru!

Itinerary
Pick up from your hotel in Paracas, where you will board our vehicle for your private tour to Paracas National Reserve. During the trip into Paracas National Reserve, you will have the opportunity to learn more about this beautiful place by visiting the interpretation center, an interesting building that displays through photos, all the fauna, flora, and many others important facts about the Paracas Peninsula. Afterwards we will drive throughout a lifeless desert till we reach an area where once stood a great natural rock formation known as the Cathedral. Unfortunately this old formation did not withstand the 2007 earthquake. At this place you will have amazing views of the desert and the blue Ocean. Driving along the shore of the ocean passing the beach of Yumaque. After some time you will arrive in the little fishing village of Lagunillas, where you will the opportunity to enjoy great Peruvian food at any local restaurant. Finally you will return to your hotel. End of the service.

The Paracas National Reserve was absolutely stunning and should not be missed as part of a trip to Peru. Our guide, William, provided insights into the pre Incan cultures and ensured that we were able to see all the amazing sites at our own pace. I don’t think we would have had such a good experience going there on our own. It was an unexpected high point of our vacation.
This was brilliant. We did a boat tour to the islands to see Seals, Penguins and birds. Then had an hour break before going on a buggy tour through the national park visiting multiple beaches and driving the buggy through the desert. Completely safe, follow a private guide and see many incredible sights. Worth doing!
We benefited from a well organized and well informed excursion. The Paracas National Reserve is stark and dramatic with awesome sights. The team led by Jose did everything possible to ensure that saw and understood the key elements and they were diligent in keeping us safe at all times.
Amazing tour and guide! Our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate about the area. We had an incredible time with her.
The tour involved 4 stops in the Reserve. The commentary was minimal. However, we enjoyed the information that was shared as well as the stunning views. The tour was very laid back and relaxed. We did feel it was overpriced given the tour was basically transportation to and from the Reserve.
This was a fun day! Logistics were seamless and everything occurred as described. The reserve itself was stunning! This was a new landscape and environment for us to discover and we loved it. Our guide, Brian, looked after us, gave good commentary on what we were seeing, and allowed for plenty of photo ops. The beach walk and high tide line discoveries were fun. We saw flamingos, oystercatchers, black vultures, pelicans, and lizards, amongst other unidentifiable (to us) critters. Recommended for a short, non-water based, activity.
Our tour guide, Olenka was amazing. She has a love and passion for the land and told us wonderful stories about its history and her culture as we traveled the landmarks.
Excellent short excursion while on a cruise stop. Small group experience with an outstanding guide. This was really good value!
trip advertised seeing seals, birds and penguins. What it didn't say that the animals were seasonal and we chose the wrong season. I would have picked a different tour if we had known
Great tour of a great national park. Our guides were very knowledgeable and caring. The national park was very interesting and had good, modern facilities.
Our guide, Juan Carlos, was great. But, the tour company was very disorganized; changing pickup times & locations, not communicating clearly to customers, and actually leaving some of our group who had to be driven out to join us. Now, there’s not a lot of “there” there in and around Pisco; it’s really just a port call to enable cruisers who went to Machu Picchu to reconnect with the ship. So, don’t have high expectations for this port of call. Having said that, a tour of Paracas Reserve is probably the best of many lackluster things to see/do there.
Our guide Olenka was amazing! Knowledgeable and passionate about Paracas, we learned a lot and saw some amazing views!! Had a great time, it was easy to coordinate, communicate, and enjoy. I recommend taking the time to see the unique Paracas National Reserve.
The driver and guide arrived on time and a clean air condition car and we had a private personalized tour through the reserve. We even had time to stop and have lunch at the fishing Village. We saw some young flamingos and took tons of pictures wherever we wanted. I wish we could have squeezed in a quick visit to the candelabras Nazca line that would have made the trip even more perfect.
Miguel offered us a last minute tour to the Ballestas Island and organized for us the national reserve as well with a private driver Jorge. He explained very well everything in the reserve and we enjoyed very much. The restaurant they recommended in the reserve was very good! Everything was perfect, thanks again. Davide and Alice from Italy
Felipe guided us the whole day. He did an excellent job. Good explanation, helpfull, friendly. Both the National Park and the Laguna Moron, which is not touristic, are very beautifull. We had a lovely day!
I was so pleased with the day we spent with Las Adventure. Manuel was an absolute joy to have as a tour guide. He shared many fascinating facts along the way and lasted through all my questions about each of the boxed chocolates I wanted to buy. He really heightened the joy of the sand dune experience and directed us to an excellent restaurant. I also appreciated the driver-we were later to learn how another driver with another tour was absolutely terrifying. Thank you for making our adventures with you such a blessing!
We take the option of a private visit to the Paracas Reserve. Since we arrived at Paracas Joel and Felipe, we were very attentive and very punctual. We were taken from the Cruz del Sur terminal to the hotel and back. The visit to Paracas by private van was an excellent alternative because we were able to select the times we stayed in each place. Lunch at the reservation. The next day you visit the Ballestas Islands very good experience. The Adventures are very professional in their treatment.
Joel has shown professionalism and great availability. Dynamic, effective, with his team he gave us a wonderful day both in the morning for the trip to the islands and in the afternoon, when he put us in the hands of Felipe for the private tour of the magnificent Paracas reserve. We were also surprised by the attention to the customer and the immediate response to every question (even on Christmas Day. Sorry Joel;-) ). Definitely a reference for trips in the area. Thank you Joel, Felipe and all your staff. See you next time!
I can only thank Las Adventure for a wonderful day. First the Bellestas Islands. Then visit to the farm where I produce Pisco after we went to ride the two of the desert and finally to see the sunset in Huacachina, all with private car and guide who explained and told us many stories. Unforgettable!! Thank you Joel!!
The reserve is a desert area, without any vegetation and only some animals (which we did not see) There you can see areas with fossil remains of marine life, a salt flat and the red beach making an incredible contrast with the blue of the sea.
