I greatly enjoyed my time here. The hotel is not in the downtown area and that's OK. It's more quiet where it is. They offered free parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was probably the best shower I've had in Peru. I enjoyed the movie on the beach with popcorn and some warm local drink. I appreciated the ability to change dollars to soles at a fair rate. I appreciated the surprise dessert for having Hyatt status.
My family stopped by the bar for desert with our kids and Becker was a rockstar! He was very helpful and patient. I’m a lifelong Marriott person but this experience made me decide to try Hyatt
Beautiful atmosphere, great service, and some amazing food options with local fish and produce. They are also very well connected with tourist agencies and taxi service in the area that will help make the best of your time visiting. My wife and I would definitely love to come back again one day!
Nice resort next to the sea. Good food and breakfast. There were a lot of kids when we were there, making lots of noise in the pool and garden. The TV in our room did not work and when I reported this, they immediately sent somebody to fix it.
Absolutely in love with this place! It’s so beautiful and well kept. Clean rooms and amazing service. We got upgraded as soon as we checked in. We also got to enjoy the warm pool and the bonfire at the beach.
