Zipline Adventure In The Rainforest

We had a blast on the zip line tour! It was very convenient to be picked up directly from the hotel. Ours wasn’t listed, but Alejandro still came to get us. He was a wonderful driver, very friendly & a safe driver. If you book directly with Tree Trek Gamboa, the tour is much cheaper. But you have to arrange for other transportation. Just depends on what you feel the transportation is worth. The zip line tour itself took us about an hour & a half, but it was just the two of us. For a larger group, it would definitely take longer.

When I booked this, I thought it was a group tour, but to my surprise it was just the two of us. Our guide, Juan picked us up at our hotel and took us to the zip line. He was very cordial and friendly gave us some history along the way. He did the zip line with us and returned us back to our next hotel stay I highly recommend this tour. The Zipline staff where friendly and helpful.

This was a great way to spend a morning. Alejandro picked us up from our hotel in Panama City in a clean, air conditioned van - very friendly guide; we learned a lot during the drive. The zipline experience was terrific - friendly guides and everything is very safe and well maintained. Terrific photo opps. When done ziplining, Alejandro drove us right back to the hotel. Convenient and easy...tons of fun!

What a great experience we had ziplining. The staff explained everything with great detail and focusing on the safety of all in our group. The staff was friendly and participated in the fun filled experience of the activity. Alejandro picked us up on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly as well! Highly recommend this tour!! The tour company communicated well and picked us up at our Airbnb. There were three of us ages 59 and 15. Our a driver was very knowledgeable and on the way out to the zip line told us more about Panama & the area around the zip line. We stopped at a gorgeous hotel and picked up snacks, water & use the restroom before we got to the zip line. When we arrived, we signed in and they helped us get settled into our gear. There are free lockers to store your gear in that you don’t wish to carry with you. I did take my cell phone, which is on a strap that hangs around my neck to take additional videos and pictures. They take pictures too. Then the guides gave us instructions on zip lining. We are not new to zip lining but if you are, this is a great group to go with. There are 13 lines. They use the automatic braking system so as you descent the line it helps slow you down as the Guide at the bottom helps catch and stop you. All their gear appears to be well kept and maintained. There were about 15 people in our group so it didn’t take long for us to enjoy zip line. They drove us to the top of the mountain where we had a short walk to the first line before we descended down back to base camp. 2 hours total of zip lining. There are many spectacular views of the Panama Canal, the Chargers river, and the rainforest. Once we descended back down to base camp we were given water and helped out of our gear. Then we viewed all the pictures that they had taken along the way of us. You cannot purchase your pictures separately, you purchase all of them on a card like USB for only $15. We highly recommend this tour. We really Enjoyed it. Please wear closed toed hiking shoes or sneakers. For women I suggest wearing pants or capris and men wear pants or long shorts to the knees. Don’t forget to bring your bug spray too. HAVE FUN!!

I’m scared of heights and the staff made me feel safe and confident that I could do it! Mark and the other 3 gentlemen were awesome! It was raining which made the ziplines faster. The scenery is amazing! I had a blast and I will do it again thank you

My daughters, ages 10 and 12, really enjoyed our zip lining experience. The customer service was top notch from the beginning. Even though our hotel was not listed as an option, Alejandro picked us up at our hotel promptly at 8:00 AM. My husband was able to tag along as an observer and not pay… which is a huge plus! Alejandro was friendly and pointed out various sights during our 1 hour commute to “Tree Trek Gamboa Adventure Park.” As soon as we entered the rainforest, Alejandro spotted some monkeys. He pulled over immediately so we could take pictures. We also stopped at a resort nearby for photos and a bathroom break. Upon arrival at Tree Trek, we were greeted with smiles from the guides. Their instructions were thorough. They answered the group questions and eased any concerns. They guided us through 10 zip lines. The zip lines ranged from short, long, fast and slow. It was an amazing experience! I would highly recommend this tour. Everyone was professional, patient and friendly.

This was soooo much fun omg! Felt like a kid all over again. The views were amazing and our tour guides were very professional and informative! Definitely worth trying! Also our driver was amazing and informative as well.

This was a wonderful experience! The guides are friendly, highly professional, and very focused on safety. The ziplines vary in terms of length, height and speed. Do also visit the resort, and also the sloth resort (which also has frogs and butterflies) and even stay a night if you can! Reserve your experience directly through the resort to save a lot of money. Show up at the zipline place or the resort activities desk ahead of time, pay and get your bracelet. Best to book for the morning in the rainy season as it tends to rain in the afternoon. There is a locker where you can keep your valuables.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The zip lining was very fun, exhilarating, I only wish they were longer lol. But all in all it was good fun but be wary of the mosquitoes, they're like stealth assassins lol

Unforgettable. It rained but it was so peaceful with the on and off showers. Unfortunately we didn’t get to zip the last 2 lines due to lightning but the people are beyond welcoming, friendly, and helping. I adored the rainforest and the views from above. Ariel was awesome too. Very insightful about Panama history and very welcoming person as a whole. Highly recommended! Thank you!

we combined this with monkey island. juan and the entire day was fantastic. lots of monkeys, sloths and great zip lining. it was my 13 year old niece’s favorite excursion!.

Zip-lining through the jungle in Panama was truly exhilarating and fun! The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend doing this activity with a group or your sweetheart for added excitement. I can't wait to do it again! The weather was hot, so wearing comfortable shoes is a must. Overall, it was an unforgettable adventure that I would definitely do again.

Fun activity. The Zipline crew was great. Our Viator guide, Jorge, was also great with lots of Panamá history shared on the drive. However, it’s a four because it was very overpriced for the experience. With the fee for two and tips it was over $300 for a 1.5 hour Zipline.

The view was magnificent as we zipped over the rainforest. We didn’t see any animals, but the guides were great

It was soooo fun. The guide Erika was truly wonderful. She told us all sorts of Panamanian facts on our way to the forest. All of the zip line instructors were so friendly and kind. I was super nervous because it was my first time doing a zip line but I would definitely book again.

The experience was great, the scenery looked amazing and everything was safe. The event was instructed in English, my friend and I didn’t fluently speak spanish but that was no problem. I’d definitely recommend this to friends, the staff was great (and they were fellow anime fans lol) and we got some nice photos/videos from it!

I am a resident of Panama and was not satisfied with three things: 1) for the price of $145.00 we only received WATER! other tours include lunch. Not this tour 2) I did NOT receive my discount for being JUVILADA!!! 3) I did not like that we were only given 10 minutes to use the bathrooms of the hotel. There are small artesanal businesses that missed out on my business because we did not have time to patronize those small businesses. We also had no opportunity to buy anything to eat the hotel. Again, This seems unjust to the hotel. Afterall, we used their perfectly clean toilets and nothing else. I will not use this tour operator ever.

Was great I loved the fact that we did not have to hike much.. we just went from zip line to zip line. The staff was wonderful and friendly… a must do adventure

Everything about the experience was great...from Juan our driver who did the pickup and drop off to Kevin, Christopher, and Ari our instructors. Definitely an amazing experience.

First time ziplining and it was unbeatable. Being able to zipline through the Gamboa forest and see the beauty of the Panama Canal was amazing. My friends and i felt safe and secured with our guides helping us along each platform. They had a great sense of humor and knew how to have fun. Big shout out to our driver, Oliver for giving us the knowledge of Panama and various fun facts during our 45 min commute to the excursion.

This app was so easy to navigate. We visited Panama City, Panama. The shuttle picked us up form our hotel and returned us to or destination. Driver and tour guide was very knowledgeable. I will be using this app to build CB my next excursion.

This was a great zip line trip. I went fast just like Ricky Bobby in Talladega nights. So I had an amazing time. I didn’t want it to end. The cadre were professional and fun.

The fellas were excellent at making us feel comfortable and providing instruction. They emphasized safety and didn't make anyone feel ashamed if they weren't necessarily good at it. They also clearly enjoyed providing the service and were more than enthused to be doing it. Best zipline adventure I've ever had!!

The driver Oliver was so informative about Panama, giving us history & details all along the way! The ziplining was amazing. There are 12 ziplines, building up in speed & height. They train you before you start. Well worth the money.

We had a great experience with Monkry Adventures. Ariel and Alejandro were awesome. I Do have a complaint- I booked 3 trips with you catamarans trip had to be rescheduled due to maintenance issue therefore had to shift my excursion dates. When I called to change dates I had to purchase the zip line again- that is not acceptable I use you for all my excursions and when I was a travel agent used you. I will probably rethink my choices.

What an awesome experience with one of the most beautiful ziplining scenic views I've ever seen. I'm surprised this excursion doesn't have more reviews. It's about an hour drive from Panama City to the zip lining location. It is a family-owned company and was one of the highlights of our trip to Panama. Definitely recommend!

By far the highlight of my trip so far. Though we were nervous at first, Alejandro and his expert team immediately made us feel comfortable. The level of attention to detail and service displayed by Alejandro is unmatched and truly appreciated. This experience was definitely worth every dollar. This is a must for our next trip in December. The service experience was so amazing we've decided to take another tour tomorrow — The monkey island tour. A must!

This was my first zipline experience and simply awesome! The tour guides were so useful and well disposed, extremely persistent while preparing us how to apply the safety gear. The whole group was exceptionally pleasant and appeared to appreciate aiding and watching us zip line. The perspectives were stunning and the set up for the Monkey Adventures visit was awesome. I liked the additional items the team accomplished for us, such as holding our phones and taking pictures of us while on the lines. I might dare to dream my next zipline goes as well and the people are as friendly.An absolute necessity if you're in the area!

Absolutely amazing experience! The hike to get to the zipline was hard, but the views make it worth it. In the end, I got nervous (a career of heights) and decided only to so one line, but Alejandro was such a kind guide and stayed behind with me while the rest of the group finished! Equipment is certified and they know what they’re doing! I would highly recommend Monkey Tours and the Zipline!

It was perfect! We had been on some full day trips & needed something a bit shorter this time. It was brief, fun, with beautiful views, & had very helpful guides.

Lot's of fun at Gamboa: It was an amazing afternoon for me at Gamboa rain forrest, had a lot of fun, ziplining is an adventure, I recommend the tour if you have a couple of hours in the beautiful city of Panama. The tour was very well organised by "Adventure Mokeys", pick up from and return to my hotel on time, and the tour guide Alejandro from Adventure Monkeys told me many interesting facts and stories about Panama. Thank you for such a nice day!!!

We were with our daughter at the zipline in Panama and we enjoyed it overall. The staff were very nice and friendly and have explained and instructed us everything well. It made you feel safe. For us, however, it was not the first time zipline. We’ve been to Costa Rica before for the zipline, and it was a level up there – longer, more spectacular and a little more exciting overall. Nevertheless, it was a nice experience and especially for our daughter a great experience. If you want to try zipline, you can definitely have fun here.
