This is going to be one long ass review because Luis deserves for me to talk about how amazing he is in full! My daughter and I are only 90 something or 100 days in here in panama. There's so much that we do not know. Part of what we did not know was the way that we sent some of our belongings. We didn't have to send them so that they would go through customs and go by boat and all of that, but you don't know what you don't know. So these are the last of our items and that's how they got sent here. We are still working on our Spanish so when it came time for us to pick up our stuff from Customs we were told by the freight company in the United States that we were going to have everything that we needed with the paperwork that we received after we finished paying them. So much not the way that happened! So even though we did not speak fluent enough Spanish to be able to translate and we're finding out that Google translate can get a lot of things wrong, we were very nervous about getting our stuff back successfully at customs. We asked for a guy that we knew that we would use before when we were here in March but he wasn't available. But that is why it pays to ask folks if they know someone that they Trust because if the person has treated you and indescribably wonderful ways, the people they refer you to probably will as well. That is exactly what happened for us! We were hoping just to have someone who was willing to stop so we could get cash to pay him, stop for lunch without charging us extra, and just not be rude or impatient with us on the way there or on the way back. What we got? What we got was Louis translating for us with the people at customs, going to pick up our items from the area where you needed a hard hat, checking and making sure that the items were not damaged before we left, loading them up into his vehicle, loading them up once we got back to our place, willingly stopping for cash without charging extra, not only stopping for lunch but finding us a place from one of his recommendations for lunch where we thoroughly enjoyed the food and thoroughly enjoyed his company! The bonus was that all the way there and all the way back we have the best conversations! He is kind, cheerful, courteous, knowledgeable, great with people, and just an all-around incredible person with customer service! We are working on some things right about now for a non-profit that I run and he does some work in the states if I'm not mistaken and we are trying to get him to do some driving service there for us as well. We will use him whenever we possibly can he is absolutely amazing! You will not be disappointed with Luis' services. We are so grateful that we were connected to him. I wish I could give him more than five stars!

Great private transport. Luis is a true professional that is on top of everything. He is great at communicating with you prior to the pickup (like telling you exactly where to meet etc.), assisted with luggage, opened doors, and drove safely. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a VIP transportation experience.

Luis and Marco were incredible. I got a message right when I landed and Marco was waiting for our family when we left the airport to bring us to our hotel. We had a lot of luggage and baby items and he was very helpful. Vehicle was new, clean and spacious! Luis provided my parents with a customized tour of the Panamá Canal, charging a very reasonable price for a half day outing. They were thrilled with how much they learned and the great time they had. Luis was super professional on time and sending message before my arrive. I’m solo travel so I always trip to be safe, and Luis did just that amazing service (car was clean and smell good ) That’s for the ride .

Luis Roberto Moralis was excellent. I got stuck in customs with 4 customs and two police officers on a mistaken identity issue and the airlines lost our luggage. We were delayed over three hours and he waited patiently. He drove us to the hotel at 11 pm and was there at 5:30 am waiting to take us to the airport. He gave us options on our pick up and payment. My wife was frazzled after the customs and police incident and he calmed her nerves. Excellent guy.

Luis was fantastic! I was arriving into Panama late in the evening and arranged for him to pick me up from the airport. He was on time and helpful with my bags. His car was clean and he was a breeze to talk to. I was traveling to Panama as a birthday present to myself so on my actual birthday, he arranged reservations at a restaurant that specializes in authentic Panamanian cuisine. He had them acknowledge my birthday and he hung out with me for dinner. He also drove me to the Panama Canal tour. Marco picked us up from the airport and was courteous and helpful. The car was comfortable and air conditioned. He helped us with the bags too and from the car at either end of the trip. Highly recommended.

I hired a driver because I was worried about the safety of using an Uber in an unknown area. The driver was very knowledgeable and very kind. I highly recommend using this service for any transportation needs in Panama City!

Luis was amazing. It was my first time visiting Panama. Luis greeted me at the airport with a sign that had my name on it, he communicated with me the entire time via text to ensure we connected, and while driving me to the resort where I was staying he provided education about Panama. He even slowed down a little and let down the window for me to take as many pictures as I wanted. I am booking through his company for all future visits. His van seats I believe 7 or 8. Was a really smooth ride with VIP Experience. It was great that he tracked my flight to know when we arrived. This was the perfect airport transfer. Luis Moreno of VIP experience tours is more than a guide - he goes above and beyond for his clients. Instead of just transferring us to a hotel when my son got sick, Luis took us to a pharmacy and then a clinic. My son was very ill and Luis waited hours with us for the doctor to check him. Luis Moreno of VIP experience agency is more than a good guide, he is a true gentleman that can be counted on during an emergency. I had originally booked VIP experience agency for an airport pick up after a red eye flight. Luis was on time, had a nice vehicle and even brought water . I then rebooked him for a hotel transfer and small city tour. This is when Luis went above and beyond. My son became sick - Luis brought us to a pharmacy; when my son got worse, Luis immediately took us to the pediatric urgent care. Although it took several hours for The doctors to treat my son, Luis waited patiently in the waiting room. He made it clear that I was not alone in a foreign country with my sick child. The peace of mind was immense, given the overall stress of the day. Luckily, my son Was able to leave the clinic that day. Luis took us grocery shopping and made sure we got food my son could eat. Luis is patient, calming and very knowledgeable. He is an excellent resource, cares deeply about his clients and goes out of his way to make sure his clients are safe and happy. I am very grateful Luis was my guide; he made a very scary situation manageable.

I used the services of this company for my airport transfers in Panama city, Panama. The drivers both time were on time, helped me with my luggage, and I got to my hotel and to the airport very quickly and on time. On my way to my hotel, my driver even showed me the main sights of the city, making for a warm and nice introduction to this beautiful country. Highly recommend this service!

This is our second return to Panama and second time we are using VIP. Luis picked us up in David, travelled to Boca Chica, Boquete, Cerro Punta, Volcan and then Panama City for 14 days. He is the best tour guide in Panama. Car was very clean, water and WiFi provided daily in the car. He went above and beyond what tour guides and drivers will do. We went on an adventure and he made all the arrangements for us, made great restaurant recommendations, places to go and activities. He took care of every little details. He spoke fluent English. All you need to do is ask! For example, in Boca Chica, he went on dirt roads during the day and drove in the dark to get us where we needed to go. One day, I mentioned to him that I like oysters. He came back from the beach with lobsters and oysters to barbecue in our AirBnB. There are many examples I can give but to sum it all up, there are many intangible benefits hiring his company. VIP is not just a transfer and tour guide company. It’s so much more…..great value!!!

The service provided was above and beyond our expectation. Luis made us feel very welcome and safe. We had many laughs. This is our first trip in Central America and did not know what to expect. We travelled few years ago in India and Nepal and had multiple tour guides for every city and one driver all throughout for 17 days. VIP Experience set the bar high. This is why: Language-we did not speak Spanish. Luis spoke fluent English and was able to communicate and joke back and forth with us. This made a huge difference during the trip. It was so much fun. He even taught my husband few Spanish words as requested. Transportation-car was new and very clean. He had water for us every day which was very helpful in the humid heat. He drove with precision even in tight places we thought the van would not fit. Restaurant choices-Luis brought us to cool restaurants recommended by locals. We like fine dining and enjoyed all his recommendations. Service-Luis is well connected and very resourceful. We wanted to see some real estate property and he was able to show us two units in Panama City. My husband wondered about boat docking fee while we were eating at a restaurant in the marina. Again, Luis was able to text his connection and able to get the fee. We had many questions during the trip and Luis was able to answer the best he can and if he can’t, he went looking for the answer and got back to us. This is the best experience we had with tour guides and drivers. He is quite special. Will use his services again when we return!
