In January of this year, I traveled to Panama City and had the opportunity to contact Junior for my transportation needs. The experience was excellent from beginning to end. He is a very attentive and kind person, always willing to provide helpful tips and recommendations throughout the trip, especially for those who are not familiar with the city. I highly recommend him for his professionalism, punctuality, responsibility, and outstanding service.

Junior and his team were amazing as he transported 14 of us around seemingly and effortlessly. We enjoyed his company and the prices were very affordable. We felt safe and secure. When we return to Panama, Junior will be our guide again!

Nothing but great things to say about Junior (and his father) as they got my family and I back and forth from Playa Blanca and Panama City (several times over the week). Very easy to prebook over WhatsApp, and he patiently answered all of my many questions. The vehicles were comfortable and in great condition, and the price was fair. He went above and beyond when we realized at the end of our last transfer from Panama City we realized we left our travel documents at the hotel. He arranged for an immediate ride back to the city and again back to the resort in Playa Blanca, making an otherwise difficult (and very expensive) situation stress free and more than fair financially. I wouldn't even consider using someone else when I make my next trip back.

National Tours Panamá is a 10/10 service and experience! I was on a Mother’s Day trip with my mother and her friends and Junior made our trip exquisite. Not only did we use their private transfer services but we also did their Panamá City Tour and their Monkey Island tour which were both so fun. National Tours Panamá is also so accommodating and wonderful for non-Spanish speakers! I would highly recommend their services and will be using their services in the future. The service was beyond amazing, our driver was so nice patient and was very safe on the roads during the very heavy rain! Our driver is the absolute best and very knowledgeable about the area, traffic, and even the weather. I have no regrets going with Junior as my driver and tour guide during my stay in Panama.

My family and I flew into Panamá for a family friend’s wedding. We had no idea how we were going to get from the airport to the hotel, 2 hours away! Our hotel recommended National Tours Panama and we were then paired with Junior. Junior connected with me on WhatsApp. He was friendly and communicative and tracked our flight to make sure he’d be there on time for us, at 6:30 in the morning! He greeted us with a sign and a friendly smile, and put all of our luggage into the air-conditioned mini-van. He expertly maneuvered through traffic, questionable drivers, and bumpy roads, delivering us to our hotel, safely. I felt comfortable continuing to reach out to Junior during our trip, and he kindly responded to my questions and texts. He recommended restaurants and a friend of his for the monkey island tour on Gatún Lake. We had THE best tour guide, Alexis, and got to feed monkeys right from our boat, such an incredible experience! We recommended Junior to other friends on the trip, and all sang his praises. Junior’s friendly and knowledgeable demeanor truly made a positive impact on our trip! At the end of our stay, he got us back to the airport, another 2 hour drive, with plenty of time for our departure. Thanks for everything, Junior!

We had the best experience with this transport service to the airport. Junior is a very kind, skillful driver who got us safely to where we needed to be on time. We especially appreciated his ability to speak both fluent English and Spanish which made booking him incredibly efficient. EXCELLENT HOTEL , GOOD FOOD , GOOD SERVICES , FANTASTIC BEACH AND ESPECIALLY VERY GOOD STAFF, ESPECIALLY ASSISTANT DIRECTOR RAFAEL GARCIA, FOR HIS FRIENDLINESS AND ALWAYS WATCHING EVERYTHING. ALSO THE ANIMATORS, THE BEACH AND THE WEATHER MAKES IT AN IDEAL PLACE. FOR THE SPANIARDS IT IS COMPLICATED IN WINTER BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO STOP IN LISBON AND THE JOURNEY TAKES VERY LONG. OTHERWISE PERFECT.
