Great experience!!! We had different drivers who picked us up from the airport and transported us back to the airport. They both were very patient and professional. They both were very knowledgeable about the history of Panama and gave us suggestions on places to go during our trip and when we return. We definitely recommend their services and will use them upon our return to Panama.

Easy and safe. Only an hour from airport to resort. Driver was very communicative and waited patiently as our flight was slightly delayed. Very accommodating. Slightly expensive compared to uber, but worth it for safety and a guaranteed trip since we came in over night. No regrets!

I arrived in Panama on Wednesday, 3/25/26 and my suggested p/u time was 4p due to a 145p arrival; however, going through Customs was breezy and I had checked through with luggage by 230p. I contacted the Agent and noted I was ready to be picked up, and the most kind and professional driver was there within minutes to get me. Not only that; I left my jacket in the provider's car and after calling Viator to report; Viator contacted the provider, who confirmed I left in his car. The good news is, Viator confirmed my jacket would be returned the next day (Thursday) and it was returned as promised. The service offered by Viator is impeccable!
Driver was good. Panama airport was confusing. We ended in Terminal 1 and needed to get to terminal 2 to meet up with our driver.
They were GREAT and SO accommodating. My flight was VERY delayed, 7hrs to be exact. So, we landed after midnight as opposed to 5pm. They held a druver over to be able to pick us up after hours to deliver us safely to our hotel. I was so at ease arriving with my daughter and NOT worrying sbout fighting through the "TAXI" lanes.
Our driver was professional, courteous and on time. Transportation to Playa Bonita was seamless and safe.

My friends and I visited Panama City and Gamboa for four days. We booked all our transportation with Castacorp and extra tour to an Embera village. The drivers and guides were all excellent. We communicated through WhatsApp and it was very easy. Highly recommend. We felt like we had a great and well rounded experience. Carlos and Dan were excellent!
These people were so helpful, we had many flight delays & even a cancellation. I kept in touch updating them the entire time, response time back was slow but that could have been my phone. They eased my mind assured me of all the changes they’d still be there! And they were!!

Lionel was exactly where I was told he would be and actually arrived early, so when I got through customs early he was already waiting for me. The car was very nice and Lionel was super friendly- he shared lots of great info about the area as we were driving. I was also able to change my pick up time very easily when I realized I would need an early start to make it back to the airport on time. Great service overall- I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with our driver, Elijah! From the moment he picked us up, his hospitality was outstanding. We felt completely safe throughout the entire ride. On our way to the Westin Playa Bonita, Elijah gave us a mini tour of Panama, even pointing out interesting places and landmarks along the drive. We had 2 different drivers. Pick up was waiting with a sign once we arrived at the airport. Driver didn’t speak English but we were prepared w translation app. Hotel pickup and return was great! Very friendly and provided some history during our return back to the airport. Spoke great English.
