Guide was there on time for pickup. If plane gets in early go check to see if guide has arrived on time. Might want to check to see if Uber is cheaper.

Lucas our driver was early to pick us up and very professional. He told us about the area as we drove to our destination. 10/10 will book again.

The communication regarding the pickup location was not good at all. No driver was waiting for us when we picked up our bags, so I had to ask a stranger to call the tour operator for him to finally show up and still not communicate. The return trip was completely opposite whereas the driver was on time, communicated clearly, and the ride was smooth.

Our experience was incredibly disappointing! We were collected by an aging bus, the air conditioning so feeble it barely made a difference in the stifling heat. To our dismay, it nearly broke down right in the iconic Panama Canal Bridge, adding a layer of anxiety to our journey. The one bright spot in this otherwise frustrating experience was our driver, whose warmth and friendliness brought sunshine to our ride, making it a bit more bearable amidst the chaos.

Our driver was waiting for us when we landed, holding a sign with our name, making it very simple to meet up. We were provided a car large enough to comfortably fit the three adults in my group and our luggage. We were safely driven to our hotel. We did not care for how early the return shuttle was scheduled so we were able to easily shift the time. The driver arrived 15 minutes early for our return, letting us know he was there when we were ready. Another safe ride back to the airport. It was a very simply and satisfying experience.

Very reliable. Our driver was there waiting for us despite the fact that the flight was late on arrival. The driver was kind and took care of our bags and showed us the Panama Canal as we passed it. The vehicle did need a little maintenance. It made noises as if something was loose.

Transportation to and from The Westin. Driver met us at the airport with a sign and even though we were 45 mins late. The pick up was also on time and we paid less than others did. Recommend!

Pickup at airport outstanding. Our name on card made it easy to identify driver. Return from hotel to airport. Had to email Viator and company as we had not gotten any information about pickup night before. Booking showed complete so was very confusing. Only two of us and picked up in a 25 seat tour bus for trip back to airport. Very uncomfortable and much bumpier ride than a car.

We paid for the two-way service. We received confirmation and necessary information from the company. Our driver was already at the gate waiting for us; and a driver was also ready and waiting at the hotel lobby when leaving for the airport. Great experience overall. Thanks Team.

The driver never showed up and I had to find another taxi to take us at night to our destination. So far the company has not issued an apology or a refund. I was simply told “I’ll look into it tomorrow.”

The driver was waiting upon my arrival. After coming through Customs, the driver was easily identified by the card displaying my name. I did not have to search for him or figure out where to meet my hotel transport. He navigated heavy traffic caused by an accident with ease.

I gave this review 4 instead of 5 stars because it definitely started off rocky. Upon arrival there was no one present as mentioned for pick up. There was barely anyone at the airport that could speak English to assist us. It was very frustrating. Then there was one guy who was of great help who contacted the company for us. Once our driver arrived the trip turned around. He spoke limited English but to ensure we had a good trip to our resort w/ a little Panama history he used a translator. I thought that was very thoughtful and made the drive enjoyable.

It was excellent. We arrived and were through customs about 45 minutes early (booked for 12) saw the sign for the transport company let them know we were early he called and the driver was there to pick us up the four in less than 5 minutes. Both very kind and the driver was awesome.

Knowledgeable driver, knew of key interest location and short cuts from point A to B. Be aware of traffic when traversing the Bridge of the Americas. Traffic from 3pm-6pm is worst than any large USA city.

It was all very well managed from the meeting at the airport to dropping me off at the hotel. Even the driver offered me a brief guide whenever we pass by areas (city center, panama old town, and panama canal)!

On arrival the driver had a sign and was so easy to find. It couldn't have been any easier. On departure I was able to communicate with the company on Whatsapp to confirm everything. They were very responsive. My original driver was in an accident and they got a replacement out to us within 5 minutes!

Visitor was worry free for us traveling! We flew into Panama City and the lady was waiting for us right where we came out of arrivals, then the day before we left for home aviator representative text me telling me what time they would pick us up at our hotel in the morning. Their drivers were both very friendly ( limited English) and prompt, they made getting from and back to the airport stress free, I would highly recommend using this company and I will be using them again for future trips.

This was an easy way for us to get from the airport to the hotel and one less thing to worry about on arrival. We had booked a roundtrip transfer and times for pick up and drop off were clearly communicated and confirmed using WhatsApp. A company representative was standing inside the airport, right outside of the customs area and got us to our destination within the promised time. Highly recommend.
