It took a couple of phone calls to figure out that our driver went to the wrong Crown Plaza hotel. The booking clearly specified the one by the airport, not the city center. We had to wait 30 minutes for him to arrive. The booking also included bottled water for both of us. None was provided. Once we got going the ride to our destination was good.
Driver was timely, friendly and safe. Picked us up right from a hotel and delivered us to the port without incident. Very nice new vehicle.
Adolfo was waiting right outside the baggage claim for us with my name on a sign. He helped us with our bags to his very clean vehicle. He offered to make stops if we needed to pick up something on our way. Along the drive Adolfo told us lots of interesting facts about Panama. We got safely to our hotel in a timely manner. I highly recommend this tranfer if you need a way from the airport to Colon.
Fabulous way to get to the cruise ship. Alex arrived early and was very pleasant, answering our questions as he drove us. He also made a quick stop for a photo op at the Panama sign.
This was a Cruise with 24 friends and family from Church and it was so enjoyable and entertaining. We visited Columbia, Curacao, Aruba, Bonaire and Panama and PANAMA EXPERIENCE WAS THE GREATEST.
Alex was a 5-star driver who provided a relaxing drive to our hotel. He was personable and informative.

please let guests know that driver is not allowed to enter port and that they have to take a bus outside of the port entrance. our drive time was over 2 hours because the driver left the highway and we were in downtown side street traffic for over 45 min. we met other passengers at the airport and there drive was 1hr.15 min. i think we had a misunderstanding and he thought we wanted a tour. we were worn out upon arrival.

The car was comfortable and the driver was friendly! They came right on time to meet us, and we enjoyed talking about colons while we were driving!
Todo para olvidar SALVO EL CHOFER ANGEL. El vehículo para llorar. Viejo, sucio, sin cinturones de seguridad y a uno de los asientos se le caia el respaldo.

Très bien, chauffeur de liftpanama courtois et à temps. Impossible de rejoindre liftpanama par e-mail et en espagnol seulement par téléphone.et répondeur seulement. Nous avons dû demander au commandant de laisser un message en espagnol.
