Transfer From Pty/panama City To Cruise Terminal Or Back

Good experience with driver. He came to front door and picked us up in a timely manner. The driver was knowledgeable about the area and processes at the cruiseport.

The transportation company was great! The ride was early and got me to my destination in plenty of time! Nice comfortable car, handled 3 big suitcases and 3 smaller one with no problem. I would book with this company again!

Daniel picked us up early at the Colon Cruise Port for our hotel transfer in Panama City with a sign with our name on it. He was friendly, efficient, and bilingual. While on our cruise, we decided to upgrade our transfer to a Panama Canal Tour as well working with Elijah via WhatsApp. Daniel took us to the Gatun Locks Visitor Center, Agua Clara Locks Visitor, showed us the remnants of the original French canal, Chagres River, crossed the Centenial Bridge both ways, the Culebra Cut, Pedro Miguel Locks, and the Cocoli Locks. His knowledge & narration was excellent! On top of all that, he took us to a Farmacia to get my wife much needed cough medicine where he translated! Highly recommend them!

Everything went perfectly, our driver meet us at the hotel about 15 minutes early. It was very comfortable, I am 6'2" and 275 lbs so space mean a lot to me. It was a very good experience and would recommend it.

The driver was trying to drop us off at a location that wasn't what we paid for. Apparently it was his first time driving and we were not familiar with the area; luckily some of the locals asked us where we were trying to go with so much luggage; we told them that we were going on a cruise and they stopped him from leaving us. He seemed angry and argued with them but they were very persistent. Luckily they were there to let us know that we were in the wrong area. Thank God for the locals, otherwise we would've been stranded in an unknown place unable to communiate because we only speak English and the driver only spoke spanish. Who knows what could've happened to us if those local bilingual guys were not there.

Driver arrived early at our hotel and waited for us to be ready at the specified pickup time. She was courteous, spoke English and a very safe driver. Once we arrived at the cruise terminal, there was a mixup with the cruise ship location and she offered to take us to the new location. We declined the offer and had the cruise company take care of getting us to the new location for the cruise ship.

Daniel was excellent. Very friendly. Helped is with our bags. Shared information about Panama with us and pointed out interesting areas. Got us safely to our hotel. Great experience!

Smooth and easy hotel to terminal transfer. Guide/ driver was professional and friendly, making us feel very comfortable as we transitioned locations in a new country. The team was very proactive, reaching out to let us know of a landslide that had caused some traffic issues along our route and seeing if we could leave earlier to provide enough time to reach our ship in good order. That was very much appreciated. Thank you!

I was very nervous about booking in Panama since I do not speak Spanish. Luckily our driver was Daniel and he was waiting for us as soon as we picked up our luggage. He was friendly, gave us lots of historical and fun facts on the drive as well as told us translations of signs or buses into English on our way to the port. He made my husband and I very comfortable and I would definitely book Viator & Daniel again!

The driver was on time and very friendly. We had plenty of room for our bags and we made it to our port in plenty of time.

We were greeted with a sign that said my name. It was very clear & he was standing separate from the chaos of other people offering a taxi. They loaded all of our luggage into the bus. It had rained so it was hot & muggy. We stepped onto the air conditioned bus & sighed in relief. There was plenty of space & we were told the driver was going to stop along the way. He did & it was very much so needed. He took us directly to the airport & helped unload our luggage. It was everything we needed. We felt safe & taken care of.
