Transfer Colon Cruise Port - Panama Airport

Fantastic experience with our driver from Colon cruise port to the airport in Panama City! There was a wreck on the highway and he went through backstreets and got us there quickly and efficiently. Great pick up from the port and very nice! Thank you!!

Our driver, Alexander, was outstanding. On the way to our destination, he took time to show us some sites and give us a little history about Panama City. He went well above what we were expecting of the experience with him, taking us to the airport.

Driver met us at the port on time and drop us off at the airport - perfect and easy. Car had A/C very much appreciated.

In our case, we were told by Viator that our driver cancelled our reservation. However, we were still charged by Viator and continued to receive notifications about our upcoming experience, even though it had been cancelled. The experience leader contacted me personally to tell me that he could do the experience after all. We could pay our driver directly (even though Viator had already charged us). I was now thinking that this was a scam. However, when I contacted Viator, I was told that everything was legit, and we would be receiving a refund. My frustration is the confusion that this transaction caused and the lack of communication and/or lack of the system updating information.

Very hard to contact. And find your van for pickup. Did not no where to pickup van at. Had to walk to the end of where the van finally found us. My wife was in a wheelchair. We will never use this company again. Just very hard to find your driver. We do not speak much other languages other then English. Could not talk to the driver about anything.

You need to know that the driver NEVER communicated till after it was to late and we made other arrangements so we wouldn't miss our flight. The ship port is very big with 100s of transportation vehicles waiting for passengers. Our driver never told us where he would be. There 3 other couples with the same problem and the same company. A BIG WAIST OF $160.00

Easy pick up. Was waiting for us just outside of the baggage pick up door with a large visible sign with our name on it.

Perfect from start to finish. They communicated via WhatsApp the day prior to confirm. Pick up was on time, actually a little earlier and the driver was right outside the cruise terminal with their sign and my name. Couldn’t have been any easier. Drive was air conditioned, clean van and driver was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Smaller type van and kind of tight. Seat may fit two very small people comfortable. Our meet up was 9:00 and arrived at 9:00. Was told 10 minutes and to stand by the wall to wait. When I went back to ask why so long, the person said they were waiting for two more couples. We would wait till 10:00 AM and the bus would be there soon so more comfortable. It is very hot and humid. I can see waiting 20-30 minutes but not an hour. The people never showed so we waited for nothing.

Right on time, easy to find, large & clean vehicle. Got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

Unlike our transfer TO the cruise terminal a week before, this one was infinitely better! An entire minibus for a party of 6 + a lot of luggage! Fast, friendly and efficient!

Driver did not meet us at pick-up point. Stressing to find out where the car was. Transfer itselv ti AirPort was good

Viator initiated communication from the start and all the way through the contact with my driver. It was effortless and worked beautifully. Colón can be a little chaotic but not with Viator. They indicated exactly where I should wait and what the sign would be that I should look for with the driver. Everything was exactly as they explained, I would have 100% confidence in them. The driver was really great and good speak English beautifully.

We booked a car to take us from the cruise ship terminal to Tocumen airport in Panama City after our cruise ended. They arrived ahead of schedule and patiently waited for us to make it out. Our driver, Jorge’, was very professional and kept the conversation flowing during the trip. We made it to the airport in plenty of time even after and quick tour of Panama City.

The company kept in touch with me about details by WhatsApp, and the driver met us on time and delivered us to the airport. An easy trip!

They are building new cruise terminals in Colon and Panamá City, but for now the experience leaves much to be desired. When we were told we didn’t have a cruise transfer, I was a big t worried. I booked the transfer online the day before and got a confirmation back within a few hours. Be sure you specify how much luggage you have, because if cruising a sedan may not be enough. Our driver arrived early, kept in touch with us throughout the disembarkation process, which was painfully slow. Non cruise transfers had to exit the immediate area and walk about 500 meters further but a private transfer is better than a full bus! Overall we were glad to be met!

The driver patiently waited for us to find him in a difficult pickup situation. This cruise port is very congested, and non NCL arranged transportation is able to get close.

Difficult finding our driver as the port is still under construction. Would be helpful to let customers know that they need to walk to the end of the port, past all of the buses. This is a problem with the port not Viator but would have been good to know what to expect

If you are crossing the Panama Canal and also arriving or departing from Panama by air, Fascinating Adventures Travel is a great answer. We were met at seaport on time (even though the port and time changed the night before), and enjoyed a six-hour tour tailored to our goals. After stoping for a waterfront lunch, we headed for on-time stress free airport arrival. Both our driver and English speaking guide were very knowledgeable and delightful! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would have been nice if driver could speak a little more English. everything else was great. Added an additional 4 hour tour onto the transport so we could see some sites before our hotel check in

Everything went smoothly, the driver was there on time and courteous, and driving a suv which was important as we all had a large amount of luggage

Used the service to go from the port to Panama CIty. A little expensive but worth it. Would be good to know you must meet outside the port as drivers not allowed inside where passengers are.
