Driver was there waiting for us, he was very professional, answered our general questions and made us feel welcomed, he was very nice.

The service was smooth. My driver reached to the airport and the hotel on time. They responded to my questions in a reasonable time.

Booked this as we prefer to take private transport to and from the airport when we go to a new country. The gentleman who picked us up was very nice and was driving a minibus. But the seatbelts didn’t work and the dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. For the return trip however, we were picked up in a tiny car. The trunk would only fit our checked bags so our carryons had to be stacked in the front seat and we had to hold our backpacks in our laps. It was a very uncomfortable ride and we feel we would have been better off just taking an Uber.

Excellent communication by the company. They arrived early even though our flight arrived earlier than expected. Provided a full van to transport family and luggage. Highly recommended.

Transportation arrived on time and was visible upon airport pickup and was early on the return trip from the hotel. PROBLEM....the car was overwhelming with air fresheners it was horrible for us. Passengers allergies and medical conditions should be considered before using several overpowering air fresheners in the car. It was terrible this appears to be a problem throughout PANAMA, because this was not the only time we experienced this while riding in transportation. I do not recommend having to hang your head outside the window of the car just to be able to ride to your destination.

Excellent! Right there with our sign with our name as we exited the airport customs. He had the bus parked very close so it was just minutes from exit to loading and it really helped us make the most of our time with little stress.

This was a good choice. It was so good to exit the airport and see your name printed with your ride already waiting. The vehicle was big and spacious and we drove comfortably with air conditioning. Our driver got us to our destination safely and especially quick.

Booked travel for my family of 12. I put in my hotel upon booking and was confirmed via whatapp the next day. Only while already on my flight did I get a text saying my hotel was outside the city center and they would have to charge me additional fees. It sounded like a scam but I we already landed with a large group so I was left with no choice but to still use them. I'll give them a little leeway since I did book last minute but first thing they should have done before texting the confirmation was check the destination. They did text saying the driver was there. The airport lost a bag and the driver did wait an hour for us to resolve the issue. The bus was a little dated but decent and the A/C was good. Extremely disappointed with how they do business but appreciative of the driver's patience and getting us to our destination.

Our Transfer was fine, but the vehicle shown in the picture is not what we got. The photos show a white van. We got picked up at the airport in an old/loud 15 passenger tour bus. Same bus for airport drop off.

Pickup at the airport went great. Person was at the spot at the time with a sign with our name on it. I’m only giving four stars due to the hiccups getting the return trip. I booked the two way transfer but I had no contact from them. I reached out three times over four hours the day before to finally get the pickup set up. Day of I reached out on WhatsApp to make sure they were coming - no response at all. They showed up right on time so it was ok just really stressful.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a transfer ever!! Upon arrival at the airport and going to the Fascinating Adventures Travel booth, I had to wait 30mins for my ride. I was picked up in a beat-up car that appeared to be an employee's personal car. The gentle man was very nice. But it definitely, was not one of the nice vans that are advertised. I paid for a round-trip transfer. I changed my return day to a day earlier. I called Fascinating Adventures and sent a written request as was recommended upon my call to the company. I was told that it was taken care of and that I would receive a email confirmation. I never received written confirmation and could never reach anyone again by phone. I have to pay another company to provide transportation to the airport.

Service was great 10/10 It was a lovely tour through the city it was great and the driver was friendly definitely using this service again .
