Alex was really nice, and very personable. We had to change our pick up time, and Viator sent a response in minutes acknowledging the change. I recommend this service for complete piece of mind, and a nice driver.

Relaxing transportation from Gamboa to Playa Blanca. We did not worry about a thing and had a really smooth ride. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Jenifer is absolutely friendly and professional. She is not only the best driver you could find around Panamá, but also incredibly knowledgeable—ask her anything about the city or the country and you won’t be disappointed. She is extremely caring and makes sure you are comfortable during your transfer from the airport to Playa Blanca and back. She truly goes the extra mile: she even stopped in the city to show me around, which I highly appreciated since I wasn’t planning to stay in Panama City. Jenifer is full of joy and excitement, very reliable, and has a great sense of humor that makes you laugh. It’s rare to find a companion like this for a two-hour drive! Thank you, Jenifer—keep up the amazing work. Panama is proud of you!
Jennifer was the best transportation we’ve had since our visit to Jamaica. Jennifer assured us she knew her home country well and how much she enjoyed doing her job each day. The fee was $90 per person round trip from the airport to our resort which took a little over 2 hours. Traveling through Panama City 🇵🇦 was an overall great experience and a wonderful relaxing atmosphere.
Jennifer simply amazing love her always cheerful beautiful personality inside and out. Definitely come back because of her special request only 🇵🇦❤️
Jennifer was excellent! Her kindness and knowledge of the history of Panama was refreshing! We had a wonderful experience with her as our driver!
Jennifer Jimenez drove us from Panama City to the Riu Playa Blanca and explained a lot to us. She was a truly positive, cheerful, and open-minded person. The best hotel transfer we've ever had! We'd be happy to do it again anytime!
Jennifer is. 10 out of 5 star driver! She was so friendly and energetic. She was early to the airport and met us with a huge smile and hello. The van was clean and comfortable. She was fun as heck! Told us about everything we wanted to know and more about the country and culture. Plus I rode in the third row seat and didn’t get car sick on our 2 hour drive!
I used this service for my airport transfer to and from my resort. My driver Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She was promptly awaiting my arrival with a sign with my name on it, and made the long drive to our resort very enjoyable. She was full of knowledge about Panama, and she even stopped so that we could see the Panama Canal on our way. She made the 2 hour drive enjoyable. It was my birthday and she even got me a little gift. I highly recommend this company!
Jennifer was fabulous! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful providing wonderful recommendations for our stay! Our two-hour drive to the hotel flew by as we enjoyed chatting and learning so much about Panama! Highly recommend requesting Jennifer, she’s the best!!!!
The service was good. Jennifer was there with the sign with my name when we got out the airport. She communicated with us via text while in transport, so everything went smoothly when we landed. I did not feel rush since it was a shuttle bus/van, but we were privately transported to the hotel which was 2 hours away. However, there was a little miscommunication on our return flight. No one contacted is when the pick time was. We had to contact them to get the information. It worked out fine however.
