We had a great experience! Saul was our driver. He was on time, waiting for us at the Panama City airport. He was very professional and knowledgeable; giving us some history as we drove through Panana. Our drive to the Riu Playa Blanca was comfortable. The van was clean and air conditioning worked great. Saul spoke both English & Spanish as not everyone in our group speaks Soanish. Highly recommend!
the transfer from the airport to the resort was fine but lot of traffic but the return trip the driver was on his phone most of the trip and no using his hands free. I just retired from being a bus driver and this should not take place when your driving customers we paid for his time and should have gotten better service! unsafe is unsafe!!
Manuel met us at the airport. He was on time and had very good communication. The drive to Rio Hato was relaxing and he was a very good driver. Such professional and friendly service.

We used Layover Panama on the following three occasions on our March 2024 Panama vacation: - Panama City airport to Hilton Panama Hotel - Hilton Hotel to RIU Playa Blanca Hotel - RIU Hotel to Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel including Panama Canal tour In all three instances the Layover Panama guide/drivers were prompt, courteous, informative, and safe drivers. In addition Layover Panama was extremely responsive and easy to work with when planning this trip over the internet. I would heavily recommend them and will use them our on next trip to Panama!

Our flight was delayed for almost two hours. We arrive at the airport to find that some of our luggage didn’t make it. We were the last ones to leave the luggage area and afraid that we lost our transfer. As we come out of through the door, there is our driver holding up a sign with my name on it. It was such a sign of relief!! He was the only person there! Waited that entire time for us. After everything we had been through, this was our high light as we don’t know how we would have gotten to our hotel that was 2 hours away and there were 10 of us traveling. Thank you!!!
Great ride. Manuel took us from the airport to the resort fast and safely. It was also the same experience going back to the airport from the resort. He even allowed us a bathroom break. Definitely recommend

This company is AMAZING!! All of the drivers had great customer service. They made sure that all of our pickups and drop offs were on time. Not to mention, it was a group of 10 persons with different arrival and departure times. They also dropped us to our catamaran day activity and took care of all of our luggage while we were gone for the day. I definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I return to Panama’. Thanks again for accommodating my group.
Levy, our driver was very patient as we had several flight delays that made our arrival much later than planned. He gave us a little Panamanian history while on the drive to our resort. He informed us about the long drive and was prepared to stop along the way so that we could stretch, etc. Levy was very helpful in helping us to arrange a tour and our return transport back to the airport for when we leave this beautiful island.
From the time we made our inquiry until the time that we left the country, Layover Panama was attentive, professional, and accommodating. The level of communication far exceeded the expectation and the attention to detail was unmatched. Our hotel offered transportation to the airport, but there was a mishap and Layover Panama, was able to jump in and offer assistance to help in our time of need. Our driver Manual communicated the night before our trip to confirm all details and needs.
Great experience. Landed with a whatsap msg from our driver giving specifics of where he'd be. Saul was fantastic he even gave us history of Panama as we drove and pointed out historic areas. It was like having a tour as well as a shuttle service. Can't wait for out experience back.

Manuel pick us up from the airport in Panama on time, he helped with all of our luggage. Once we got situated in the car he let us knw we had a 2hr drive and we could stop after 1hr for a break we chose for him to just drive since we were tired and had a long day of traveling. The drive was smooth as possible with him pointing out different sites and giving us a lil history lesson on his country. He was a very nice man honestly the nicest person we meet so far. The day before our departure we decided we wanted to sightsee, so he arranged a tour for us last minute the day we were leaving. The transport was amazing! We were picked up at the airport on time, and was given a brief tour of what we passed on our way to the resort. The resort was about two hours, so it was a while, and it was expected. The car was nice and comfortable both trips. Our ride back to the airport was even better than the ride to the resort. Our driver was so knowledgeable on the history of Panama, that it kind of became a history lesson as we drove through. Both of our drivers were amazing! They both were very knowledgeable, extreme nice and welcoming. I felt very safe in both vehicles. I would definitely book with them again. Communication with them was seamless via WhatsApp. They also sent sms messages as well as messages on WhatsApp to ensure that everything was communicated properly. 5 stars across the board! My favorite experience during this trip is my driver Manual Garcia. He was extremely patient, pleasant,punctual and kind. My kids and I was chanting his name when we realized he was our driver back to the airport. He is a gem.

Hello! I just wanted to thank you all for your driving service! It was amazing. On our way to our hotel our driver stopped me and my boyfriend to a nice Panamanian restaurant. My driver when leaving Rafael was VERY GREAT! He was very informative and polite. Made my last little bit of time in Panama fun and even stopped us at the Panama Sign just before getting to the airport.
Our shuttle driver was informative and even offered suggestions for our trip. Our drive was 2 hours so he stopped for a bathroom break.
