Very professional service. Driver kept me informed at all times. Family first time visiting Panama, but felt safe and comfortable.

I booked a round trip airport experience, only to be told less than 24 hours they wanted to charge extra. This caused me to have to cancel while traveling international and identify other options. Then they only provided me with 1/3 of what I paid in lieu of the 50% for the half that did not occur. It was awful.

So I used this service as a round trip and I can positively state the car service was very good! On time, cars new and clean, and friendly drivers. A great way to get to/from the airport. I’d highly recommend this service.

Sometimes the cars or Vans they use are a little outdated. The driver of the van was very good on navigating the roads but the equipment they used kind of had a bad smell. I know it's Central America and a lot of people smoke but their residue smoke smell in the van what was kind of overwhelming

Daniel was fantastic!! He was waiting at arrivals with a big sign and a big smile. The van was a new Honda that was very spacious and very cool and was sure to point out all the highlights that we needed to see while we're on our drive to our Airbnb. He waited for us while we got situated in the Airbnb and I would absolutely recommend this pick up again.

Daniel waited for us when we got out of the airport. He was very knowledgeable of the area, and we learned a lot from him. On the return trip, we arranged to have him pick us up early and stopped at the Panama Viejo. It was an add on tour. He was very knowledgeable of the museum and the ruins, and because of our time constraints (as we were heading to airport), he was able to show us the important things to see. We will definitely be back one day, and we’ll certainly use this tour company again. We highly recommend Daniel and this tour company.

Driver was fantastic. He was there on time and drove us safely to our hotel. The problem was on your website. It showed $33.20 for the ride with two adults and when you go to the next page it makes it double. In any case, I still went for it. But on the day of my flight, I was sent another text saying that I needed to pay another $12 since my flight was coming after 9pm. My flight details were very exclusively discussed during my booking and none of this was mentioned. A bad booking experience, a gouging one. Driver and ride experience was great.

Our flight got in early but our driver was still there waiting for us. Nice quiet ride in a very clean car. Well worth the price to have someone pick you up after a long flight and take you exactly where you need to go.

The driver went above and beyond to tell us about Panama’s history, culture, sightseeing and food. By the time we arrived at our hotel we were well-equipped to make the most of our stay :-) We were traveling with a toddler and they very thoughtfully installed a car seat for us.

Daniel put together a fantastic day tour of Panama City for our 9 hour layover. His timing to capture the one ship in the canal was perfect, he accommodated our special requests, and he gave an in-depth explanation of the sights and visitors of this fascinating area. Our driver was very patient and waited till we got out of customs which took awhile because of a flight delay. He was super helpful and even explained downtown Panama City. Gave us recommendations for food, and places to visit. Definitely recommend-

Senor Alexander is our driver - he was punctual ,, hospitable friendly. One thing that stand out though was that I left my wallet in the vehicle ( which was very upsetting ) Alexander returned the wallet to me which averted my vacation to be ruined .
