Vlad was very attentive and responded to every interaction. Be sure to have internet available to communicate with him when you arrive. The airport network was quite spotty.
This is my second time using them, and each time they have given excellent service with prompt arrival times and great customer service. I look forward to using them again.
Anthony picked us up at Tocumen as soon as we had our bags. The van was clean and comfortable. It was rush hour when we left, but Anthony navigated it nicely and got us to our destination safely.
Driver was very late, I communicated with two different people who didn’t gave me conflicting instructions. I wouldn’t use this service again.
We used this Company to take us from PTY Panama, to our Beach Resort, and back to the Airport. Eric was our driver in both directions, he was on time, courteous and an excellent Driver. I certainly recommend them, and look forward to using them again. Thank you.
Very professional company. They were great at communication, providing clear instructions and being proactive regarding our ride from the airport to our hotel. They were on time, courteous and the vehicle was very clean. I would highly recommend.
Pick up and ride went very smoothly. Only improvement suggestion would be for the provider to make clear, in the Trip Advisor description of their service, that customers will need to have a Whatspp number to communicate with the driver - we had to hustle at the last minute to set that type of number.
Vladimir was great! He communicated prior to our airport transfer and told us where to meet him. When we landed he helped direct us to the meeting location. He arrived promptly and helped with our luggage. He also gave us some really helpful travel tips for the area.
My hotel has 2h from the Airport @Playa Blanca. With some time I made arrangements with the company to have cold drinks and snaks in the car. We took the same company back to the airport with a 3h tour between Miraflores locks and the Old City. The service communication and price, all a great combo. Special thanks to our driver Octavio who not only was great and professional but took spacial attention of our little daughter’s (5) questions and requests.
I’m not an experienced international traveler so I booked a private transfer to my hotel in Panama City, Panama. This company had received good reviews. The only communication I received before my trip was not helpful to me but there was no way to reply. So I assumed they would meet me upon arrival. I never saw them at the gate, baggage claim or outside the airport. I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel.
They showed up on time and gave specific instructions on how to find them. Highly recommend using them
They have great customer service and their communication was excellent. They told us exactly where to meet. How to connect to internet at the airport. Driver was friendly and on time.
Excellent service from the driver Mr. Vladimir.
Excellent service. They met the established schedules and picked us up in first-class vehicles.
The transportation service was punctual and very comfortable. The city tour service was also very good and we were able to get to know the city calmly.
Recommended, good service and punctual.
The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very good; they were on time for the pickup from the airport and the hotel, so I recommend it 100 percent. Thank you very much.
We booked a package with the agency AllTravel and they gave us round-trip airport/hotel transfer as a bonus. Traslados Panama, Vladmir contacted us one day before to send the location details at the airport where we should wait for him. He was very polite and patient, he gave us tips on restaurants, tours, and information about Panama. Since we liked the service, we decided to book a package directly with them to go to Venas Azules and Playa Huerta; the price was affordable and Antony, who accompanied us on the tour, was very polite and courteous. We loved Panama and the services of Traslados Panamá!
I recommend the service, they are punctual and the cars are very comfortable.
It really is an excellent experience, they contacted me one day before each transfer, 100% availability according to our needs, the vehicle drivers are extremely helpful, I really didn't expect so much attention... so they are truly very good at what they do
Excellent service, punctual and responsible.
I went with my partner, we liked it a lot, they are very friendly and punctual ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We are very grateful for the excellent service provided, punctuality, kindness, quality, and patience with my entire family (12 people); I recommend them 100%.
Excellent experience! They picked us up at the airport, then we took a tour of Panama City and the Canal, and they dropped us off at our hotel 2 hours from the city! Everyone was very friendly, they know a lot about the place and have the best tips, excellent punctuality, and a very good attitude! Totally recommended 🤗🤗
Very good experience, very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to show and accompany us to what we wanted to see; we would return. Thank you very much for your work.

Everything went wonderfully! Excellent guide, excellent advisor, and always punctual. Thank you very much!
Traslados Panamá picked us up and took us to the airport, also to the Colon Port for a cruise, and we did a city tour. Always punctual, excellent communication, comfortable vehicles. It is not easy to please 7 women together and none had complaints😂 that says a lot. Thank you Vladimir, Iván 🥰 Fernando and César. If any of us have the opportunity to visit Panama again, we will definitely call you. Thank you very much to you and your entire excellent team.
Very good service, excellent attention.

All great, Fernando and Antony were excellent, very cordial and helpful. The Panama Canal and Casco Viejo are an excellent opportunity when you have a long connection at Panama Airport! The vehicle is spacious and comfortable, they are punctual and professional.
My mother and friend took a private tour of Panama City taking advantage of the hours they had before their flight. It was a total success, they loved the tour and the treatment received from Fernando and Moises. Communication with the company has also been very easy and smooth.
People passing by to thank you! You were very attentive and provided excellent service, always very punctual, congratulations!
Very serious, attentive, polite staff, transfer you and facilitate the trip
Excellent service. They responded quickly and kindly. Our plane was delayed and with much predisposition and knowledge of the traffic dynamics of the city, they managed to take us in time so that we did not miss the next flight leaving Albrook.
I hired them to transfer me from the airport to the Decameron Hotel on Farallon Beach. From the service they provide to excellent communication. Punctuality, seriousness and respect. Thank you so much!
