Amber Moon is an extremely professional business. Our flight was delayed by five hours due to the Global Outage. We finally arrived in Panama at 1:00 a.m. Amber Moon informed us that the driver was monitoring the flight and would be there to meet the plane. We were a bit nervous due to the extensive delay. The driver was at the airport and promptly took us to our hotel in Playa Bonita. The return trip to the airport was equally as good. Our driver informed us that he was on his way and when he arrived at the hotel. The cars are clean, air conditioned and well maintained. Also, we found the cost for a party of five ($65 each way) was quite good, compared to what the hotel was charging.

Francisco was a wonderful guide and afforded us an opportunity to ask questions and told us when to get ready for the pictures we wanted to take. He also explained the traffic and the directional lanes for commuting in and out of Panama City and when the best and worst times to go into and out of the City by ground transportation.

Our flight was due to arrive in Panama at 3:00 PM, but was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 8:30 PM. As soon as we knew we would be late, we called our tour operator, Amber Moon Taxi Service in Panama. They rescheduled our pickup time and when we finally arrived at the Panama airport a very nice, friendly driver (Marco) was waiting for us and got us to our resort quickly and safely. The drivers are great! They live up to their motto, Punctuality, Reliability and Honesty. Safe, knowledgeable drivers and comfortable, clean vehicles. We also used them for a half day, customized tour to the locks, old town and shopping. Cheaper and more relaxed then the group tours offered by our resort. Thanks guys!
